Stopped in in the summer to grab some cannoli (filled to order!) & ended up talking to the owner/staff about my failed attempts at making carbonara for my girlfriend. They ended up giving me step by step tips to improve my recipe. I felt like I was speaking to cousins from the Italian side of my family & that meant a lot to me. The cannoli were also delicious. Menu offered a lot more & I hope to make it back to try it all.
Update: Sorry than in my previous review, done on my cell , i couldn't explain the reason of my 1 star, so here it is: I ordered a double espresso & croissant to go. As scored, the lady at the counter was very cordial & even asked me if I wanted my croissant to be grilled a bit. I was in a hurry so I turned down the proposal. Although the coffee was good, the croissant was gummy & tasted old... since, as mentioned , I was in a hurry I threw it in a garbage can instead of going back to the store to complain about it. As simple as that, I had a bad experience & it doesn't mean that your brownies & cannolis ( or other items) are not good. If you care about your products , I suggest you to pay attention to what you sell...but, no bad feelings. I may come back to buy coffee & brownies...&, I was in the RIGHT SHOP

Nicest coffee, really good vibes, & Nat was so much fun. We came here as part of a food tour & it ended up being the highlight of it. Really authentic Italian coffee - highly recommend if you're in the area.
Love this coffee shop! I stopped in with my sisters before driving home to NY & it was the perfect way to end our trip. The coffee was excellent & the service was so friendly & welcoming. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

My sisters & I stopped in while visiting Montreal from NY, & we're so glad we did! The owner was incredibly welcoming & made us feel right at home. Our americanos were absolutely delicious, & the pastry we shared was just as good. Such a cozy, friendly spot. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
The beauty of the corner cafe…….just a privilege as it doesn't happen in Houston. Places like this only live on in the memory, until next time. I had a double macchiato with almond milk & a double chocolate biscotti. Delicious. Thank you.
One of my favorite places in Montreal, the atmosphere is so homey & everyone's so great, Lisa & Amelia are the best! Everything's prepared at the cafe; the cannolis are delicious, the amandines are my favorite thing to pair my coffee with in the morning. & by far the best matcha in Montreal-Lisa's the best at it!
Nati the manager deserves 5 stars just for making my pumpkin chai (even though it went against everything his Italian heritage stands for!) Great service & great sense of humor.
Visited here as part of a food tour in the area of the Montreal Mile End. We received Cannoli + a hot drink. The cannoli was really well made & tasted wonderful! I ordered a hot chocolate & it was creamy & rich - very enjoyable.
They looked like they had a great selection of other food & drinks to choose from.
There was seating available if you needed inside + out.
Most comforting & delicious cafe! Amazing authentic italien drinks & the owner is so welcoming & hilarious we love Nat & Amelia !! Strongly recommend 🤗
