Absolutely loved my experience at Café Toranj! The atmosphere is cozy & inviting, perfect for enjoying authentic Persian cuisine. The kebab koubideh was incredibly flavorful & juicy-one of the best I've had in the city. I also tried the dizi, & it was perfectly seasoned & heartwarming, just like a traditional homemade meal. If you're craving authentic Persian food, this restaurant is a must-visit. Their kebabs are absolutely incredible - juicy, flavorful, & grilled to perfection. But what really sets this place apart is their traditional dishes like Albaloo Polo & Gheimeh Nesar - dishes you rarely find on any menu, & they do them exceptionally well. Every bite tastes homemade & brings back true Persian flavors.
The atmosphere is just as impressive: elegant, warm, & welcoming, with a design that beautifully blends modern touches & traditional Persian elements. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed meal & feel completely at home. Definitely one of the best Persian restaurants I've ever been to!View more

I took uber eats few times before & the food quality was good, it was my first time I went to this cafe in person, I should say I enjoyed the ambiance, decoration is nice, staff were friendly. I tried cafe & sweet which Persian apple pie was nice, however latte with pistachio could have been better(my expectation was higher), but in general I would recommend this spot.View more

I would say Toranj has a vast variety of Iranian dishes, specially stews, I would highly recommend Fesenjoon with Duck, Gheymeh Bademjoon & Gheymeh Nesar. I would say dishes are a bit pricy, but it's worth mentioning that they serve Persian rice & not Basmati rice which is hugely different in both quality & price. Arian served us & he was great.View more

We were walking in the neighbourhood, craving Persian tea & were so tired. We found this place & asked for a real brewed black Persian tea. The gentleman brought a big pot of tea with Navat in a very nice tea set. The atmosphere was lovely & smelled so good. We were not hungry otherwise we would try a big dish. We will come back soon to try a dish defiantly.😍View more

The food quality is good; we ordered ash reshteh & kashko bademjoon for starters & koobideh & jooje kebab for the main course. However, the main dish arrived at the same time as the starter, forcing us to set aside the starter to focus on the main course. Typically, the main dish should be served after the starter is finished. The smell of propane gas is very noticeable & annoying upon entering the restaurant. Another point to mention is the music. I'd prefer constant background music in a restaurant rather than 30-second snippets of different songs, which an employee keeps changing from one style to another. It's a bit annoying & unprofessional. I'll be back to enjoy some Persian food again, & I hope to have a better experience next time.View more
