Dans l'ensemble, Café Rì Yuè est perçu comme un café charmant et cosy, avec une atmosphère lumineuse et des pâtisseries et desserts souvent très esthétiques et délicieux; la carte propose des boissons créatives et raffinées comme des lattés hojicha au chocolat blanc, matcha latte, yuzu cheesecake, ube basque cheesecake, macarons généreux, tiramisu et d'autres créations d'inspiration asiatique; les gâteaux phares comme le gâteau matcha fraise, le cheesecake au yuzu et les macarons reçoivent de nombreux compliments; l'expérience visuelle et gustative est très appréciée; l'espace est petit et peut être vite plein, avec peu de places et parfois des tables partagées; le service est globalement chaleureux et efficace mais peut ralentir en période d'affluence et quelques voyageurs évoquent des soucis de communication ou des erreurs; l'emplacement près de Place des Arts est pratique, et il est possible d'emporter ou de commander des gâteaux entiers; certaines remarques portent sur le prix et sur le fait que certaines pâtisseries soient un peu plus sucrées ou que certaines boissons n'aient pas toujours le goût recherché, tandis que d'autres soulignent que le niveau de douceur est bien dosé et que le café et les alternatives végétales existent; au final, Café Rì Yuè ressort comme une étape agréable pour goûter des délices asiatiques et retrouver une ambiance cosy, tout en restant conscient des capacités d'accueil limitées et de la constance variable de certains plats.
the cutest little pastry shop with amazing baked goods like fatcarons & Asian flavoured cakes! They all looked too pretty to eat! Only downside is that it's limited in seating so go early if you intend to study there. Highly recommend their yuzu cheesecake & raspberry macaron!!

Suis venue prendre rapidement en passant quelques choses à manger. Contente de mes 2 choix: croissant à la pistache généreux & bien feuilleté & brownie qui semblait être un rock de chocolat mais qui a été un moelleux intense de cacao & chocolat.
I ordered a cake to go. Although I didn't dine in, I did enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The service was courteous. I ordered a hojicha tiramisu. It was fluffy & creamy with a strong hojicha flavour! Simply delicious! I would definitely come back to order a whole cake when they'll be able to offer that 😄
This is one of the favorite places of my friend & she introduced me to this pastry. As a lactose intolerant person, I confirm Riyue uses the real cream on their cake, absolute top tier quality.

What a cozy little café! It's a very popular place so the seats are often taken. They sell coffee & cake to go for those who can't find a seat. I tried their Hojicha Latte. It was very nice. I liked the fact that they didn't put sugar in it. My niece had the Osmanthus Coffee Latte. It was so sweet that she could barely drink any of it. I guess that latte is for people with a sweet tooth. I loved that the lattes were served in nice vintage cups & saucers with a tiny golden spoon. We also tried 3 different cakes. My favourite one was the taro cake. The best by far. The matcha basque cheesecake was very flavourful. You could really taste the matcha. However, it was kind of heavy so I didn't finish it. The Thai tea chesnut cake was quite dry & we could barely taste the Thai tea. I don't recommend that one. The prices were a bit high but I feel you pay for the vibe of the place. Many students study here.
I went there a bit late so there was no cheesecake left . But I was not disappointed with the chestnut cake that I got. The cake is more on the condensed side other than spongy. But it goes will with the flavour & chestnut bites, good amount of sweetness

Cakes was delicious especially the thai tea chesnut one. It was a thick cake with just enough cream on top. The matcha strawberry cake was okay & the taro cake was good, but since the cake is very light, the cream was too overpowering for my taste. Overall, I really enjoy the cakes & my hojicha milk tea. I will definitely come back for the fatcaroon next time. Also, I want to know where I can buy the long glass, it is so pretty!
Très bon gâteaux ! Pas trop sucré comme j'aime. J'ai aimé le service qui était très agréable. Petit ➕️ : gâteaux sans gélatines car je n'en consomme pas. Ceux qui en contiennent sont le cheese cake & le raspberry lemon cake.

This place has the best cakes & macarons in Montreal. The cakes are light, soft, packed with flavours, & not too sweet. When paired with their Hojicha latte, it was a perfect balance. I also love the atmosphere of this place. It's bright, lively, perfect for hanging out here in the afternoon or evening with friends. Staffs here are all super nice too. Highly recommend this place!
The store has limited seats so we decided to take out 4 macaroons. THEY WERE DELICIOUS the scent & flavor are all super strong & don't taste artificial the designs are also super cute.
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon & loved the vibes. Lots of natural light came in & a good place to read definitely. Cake is delicious - tried the chai tea cake & loved the firm texture & just the right amount of sugar in it. Coffee is not bad either.
Really love the cozy & cute vibe at Café Rì Yuè. Staff are really lovely, & of course the baked goods are both adorable & delicious. I've tried a couple of the cakes & all of the macarons & enjoyed them so much!
