La serveuse était clairement déçue de nous voir arriver à 19h parce qu'elle était seule dans le restaurant & nous a dit qu'elle allait fermer à 20h. Finalement quatre autres personnes sont arrivées alors nous avons pu rester jusqu'à la fermeture (21h). Service très très ordinaire, à la limite passive agressive.
Great overall experience with some things to note.
As we entered the cafe it was nice & cozy. As a staffer came up to us they started to speak French Canadian, we explained that we only speak English. The staffer walked away as we looked to see if we need to be seated or not. The staffer came back & spoke English to us. That was just a weird interaction.
The food was fresh & delicious. There was a good amount of portion but the sandwich kind of lacked creativity.
The prices are average & nothing to wild to talk about.
The atmosphere was a great classic French style interior. The restrooms were a bit dirty & that was a bit off putting.
Bel endroit offrant un très bon service au table, un déjeuner satisfaisant au goût & par son prix. L'ambiance jazzy est plaisante le matin. Merci. Je recommande.

Je me suis arrêté pour un latté en après-midi, en attendant ma femme qui avait un rendez-vous tout près.
Le service était efficace & cordial, & mon latté a été servi bien chaud - pas brûlant, avec juste la bonne quantité de mousse. J'ai oublié de demander un peu de cacao sur le dessus, mais il était excellent quand même.
La décoration est plutôt éclectique : des carreaux de cuivre vert au plafond, un lustre en cristal & des murs illustrés donnent au lieu un charme unique. Une halte agréable pour une pause tranquille & un bon café au coeur de Saint-Lambert.
Astuce : Demandez un peu de cacao sur votre latté si vous aimez une touche de douceur.
Café Passion is a Saint-Lambert staple. The meals are always fresh & well-prepared, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it an ideal spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The staff are consistently friendly & attentive. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
One of the placed I liked to go. After a nice welcome from the lady, very disappointed yesterday from the quantity of flies in the restaurant which reflects the lack of cleanliness. It was too bad.
Nous y sommes allés un petit samedi matin. Terrasse à l'européenne pleine de promesses.
Malheureusement, nous avons été déçus. Gauffre mollasse, omelette insipide, bol smoothie trop liquide, pommes de terres surgelées &, le pire, la baguette commerciale (alors que la rive-sud a beaucoup à offrir en bon pain).
Bon service, bon café filtre à volonté, ambiance agréable, emplacement exceptionnel. Dommage que l'endroit ne soit pas exploité à son plein potentiel.
