Cela fait plusieurs année que je visite le café parvis toutefois hier le plat que j'ai mangé n'étais pas aussi bon. La sauce à pizza était extrêmement salé (margharita). Le serveur était sympathique mais il n'est pas venu nous voir pour nous demander si nous voulions d'autres consommations. S'il était venu nous aurions commandé d'autres choses à boire. Nous voulions un dessert & nous avons dû lui faire signe après un long moment laissé à nous mêmes pour savoir quels étaient les options. L'ambiance était agréable mais cela ne compensait ps vraiment pour le manque de disponibilité du serveur & la déception face à mon plat.

Agréable moment, jusqu'à ce que le serveur moustachu nous insulte & obligé de mettre un pourboire. Cependant, il est important de noter que le fait d'obliger les clients à donner un pourboire peut être gênant. Le pourboire devrait toujours être laissé à la discrétion du client en fonction du service reçu. Un excellent service mérite certainement d'être récompensé, mais cela doit être un geste volontaire, pas imposé. on espère que le restaurant reconsidère cette approche afin de garantir une expérience encore plus plaisante pour tous les clients à l'avenir.
