We tried to visit this restaurant during the summer, & we were turned away because the restaurant was full. That being said, we took a chance when we returned for a breakfast brunch. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had a reservation which we said no. This time they did not turn us away they brought us upstairs to the second level & sat on what they call a communal table which would be shared with other groups if they arrived without reservations as well. we were fine with this option so we decided to stay. we ordered the pizza & the crispy pork belly as well as a latte & Americano. The service was good. We really like the interior vibe & decor. There is a constant humming of people talking & the energy is quite impressive. Although we would've liked our own table, the communal table served its purpose. we enjoyed our meal & we would definitely return to see what else they have on the menu. That is tasty & delicious. The restaurant is a little difficult as the street is under some sort of major renovation . With respect to Parking, keep in mind, your downtown Montreal so either try to find some street parking which is paid unless on a Sunday before noon it's free. Otherwise if you're planning on spending the day, consider finding a paid parking lot.Voir plus
Cela faisait des années que je voulais allez a cet endroit pour manger une pizza. le 28 février j'ai donc décidé d'invitée ma femme le midi. La nourriture est excellente le service aussi. Par contre je ne comprends pas que dans un resto comme celui la ont puisse servir des assiettes ébréchées . La serveuse a immédiatement remédiée à la situation. Impeccable

J'adore cet endroit! C'est chaleureux & invitant, sophistiqué mais décontracté! J'y vais souvent, avec des amis, collègues, après spectacle, pour un brunch ou même pour travailler dans le jour! Le décor inspiré d'un « ruin bar » est magnifique. La nourriture est fantastique, les plats sont beaux, excitants, variés & bien sûr délicieux. Super agréable à partager! Le service est amical & professionnel. (& les gens qui me connaissent savent que je suis difficile à satisfaire, tant côté qualité de la nourriture que l'ambiance.) Mais le Café Parvis est une valeur sûre pour moi, définitivement un de mes restos préférés à Montréal!!Voir plus

I used to love it here but was a bit disappointed as I showed up with a stroller+baby & while the stuff was super friendly an accommodating (finding a comfortable table & a high chair) nobody offered a hand to carry the stroller up stairs or to help move to a different table.
I also found coffee & food taste are not as they were about a year ago.
