Review Summary

Café Parka is widely regarded as a charming and stylish destination in the heart of the neighborhood, celebrated for its bright, minimalist aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere. Many patrons praise the high quality of their expertly prepared coffee and diverse matcha offerings, which are often described as balanced and delicious. The fresh pastries, particularly the cookies and croissants, are frequently highlighted as standout treats that perfectly complement the drink menu. While the space is quite compact and can get busy, its proximity to the park and the patio seating make it an ideal spot for a quick stop or a relaxed outing. Despite occasional comments regarding pricing and service pace during peak hours, many visitors appreciate the passionate staff and the thoughtful, high-quality experience provided at this local gem.

Very small cafe, decent coffee & snacks (red velvet cookie was great!). Very few seats inside, but has some patio seats facing the park. Sadly it was raining when i visited.

I really like the look of this place, the interior is beautiful & the use of green is right up my alley. The service was good as well. The cookies were also nice, had the red velvet one & it was soft & full of chocolate. The only real let down is the coffee, I had a latte & the coffee had a weird aftertaste & wasn't really enjoyable. That's why I'm giving it a lower review because the coffee is really the cornerstone of any coffee shop, despite the good service, cookies & the beautiful design.

Update! Got a latte here again & so much better, delicious & well made. Seems like they changed it up :)

On the pricier side, but the matcha with oat milk was 11/10. The matcha cookie was also very good.

A Hidden Gem in Montréal - Café Parka!

I stopped by Café Parka recently & instantly fell in love with the vibe. It's such a charming spot-bright, modern, & full of character. Whether you're looking to relax, get some work done, or catch up with a friend, this café has the perfect atmosphere for it.

I ordered an iced latte & a cookie, & both were spot on. The iced latte was smooth, not too bitter, & had just the right amount of espresso kick-perfectly refreshing on a warm day. The cookie was soft, rich, & had that homemade taste that's hard to find in most cafés.

The space itself is beautifully designed with lots of plants & natural light. It feels calm & welcoming, with just the right background music & super friendly staff.

Amazing lavender matcha, shop is cute & service was friendly. They have lots of fun drink options & fun cookies. Will mention the matcha was 11$ but cannot deny it was fabulous. Cute little tables outside very pleasant on a nice day

Such a cute little space with great coffee! Since they have a really small space, they unfortunately serve all their coffee in to go paper or plastic cups depending on the temperature of the beverage. I bring my own cup since I feel coffee tastes better in a reusable cup. & better for the environment. Also the last two times I've been, we ordered a cookie & a pistachio chocolatine. In the display they looked nice & fresh but it was obvious they served us the leftover pastries. In the future when I pass by, I'll just grab only a coffee to avoid being disappointed from their sweets.
