The food, coffee, decor & staff are amazing. I have been many times & its always consistently good. The only downside - which is not the fault of the cafe - is that it is always very busy & you may not always find a seat because it is a pretty small space. The clientele here can be pushy at times & not respectful of the small space.View more

🤔☕️ So Olimpico has expanded from its historic St-Viateur spot, bringing much-needed hip, authentic Italian coffee shop vibes from the Plateau to the tony yuppies & snow-birding Anglo fussmongers of Westmount. Nicely designed & decorated, with rich green leather upholstery & dark paneled wood that feels nearly sexy. I can see this being a spot where the Westmount Joneses drop by to feel seen. & you can't beat the coffee. The staff are attentive & efficient, the baked goods & sandwiches are high-quality, & it offers a nice, earthy, European counterpoint to the black t-shirts & forever-young, organic-faux-artisanal 🙄 LA vibes of James Perse just a block away.View more
