Oh my goodness, this place is famous for all the right reasons! There was a lineup when we arrived, but it was absolutely worth the wait.

We ordered the coffee, biscuits, & affogato, & every single item was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, rich, & full of flavor. It's easy to see why this place is so popular.

I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. We'll absolutely be back!

J'ai testé le pistachio affogato & la crema chez Olimpico. Les boissons étaient vraiment jolies visuellement, le service très chaleureux & souriant, & l'emplacement dans le Vieux-Port est tout simplement parfait.
Malheureusement, le pistachio affogato m'a déçue : en tant que Persane, je connais bien le vrai goût de la pistache, & celle-ci en manquait cruellement. C'était surtout très sucré, presque écoeurant, au point que je n'ai pas pu le terminer.
La crema (glace-café) était elle aussi extrêmement sucrée & manquait d'équilibre entre les saveurs.
Au total, les deux boissons m'ont coûté environ 20 $ avant pourboire.
Un bel endroit avec un service agréable, mais les desserts glacés gagneraient à être moins sucrés & plus fidèles à leurs parfums !

The Affogato is an absolute must-try, & the Caffè Crema or Coffee Crema is unforgettable-smooth, refreshing, & packed with rich espresso flavor. Pair it with their coffee gelato for the ultimate treat. Their cappuccino is consistently excellent, making every visit feel like a little trip to Italy.

The staff are welcoming, the service is fast, & the cozy European vibe makes you want to stay for hours. Whether you're stopping by for a coffee, an affogato, or a scoop of gelato while exploring Old Montreal, this place never disappoints.

A true Montreal gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for the best coffee & ice cream experience in the city!

Great coffee. The cappuccino had such a nice texture, loved it. The affogato was great in the hot summer. We tried the cannoli & it was great. The tiramisu looked nice too.
