Soy latte had a nice foam layer, it was just a bit too bitter of an initial & after-taste for me 😔 Good place to study though, lots of comfy booths

This used to be our favourite place in the city. Their food menu was amazing, & the coffee was good. A few months ago they decided to reduce the staff & stopped making any food except baked goods. The cookies are good, but we were bagel people. Service got noticeably slow too. Seems like the owners are trying to cut costs, & honestly we just started going somewhere else to get a proper breakfast.

Did y'all change ownership? I've been coming here for years but the last time I popped in I was "greeted" (that's generous) by the coldest person informing me that there's barely anything left of the menu I've become accustomed to. I was confused by the hostility (& lack of food lol) so I just bounced. I love the coffee here though.
