Consistently fast service, great coffee, excellent pastries from Hof Kelsten, & a nice terrasse. They always have fresh, hot filter coffee (you'll never have to wait for them to make a new pot--I don't know a single other cafe in Montreal that can guarantee this).View more

This cafe is great for people that finish the study in the Concordia University, office workers or just want to relax at the cafe. Even though it's located in the middle of the downtown & besides the Concordia University, but the coffee quality is good. The Latte is good & taste not burn. I tried their pastry sometimes, it's okay, but i would i would say it's better than the big chain cafe that sells pastries too. In the winter, this place will get smaller & less seats available, but in summer, there's plenty of seats available.View more

5/23/17 - Damn good soy double mocha & raspberry pistachio financier. Would definitely go back to this charming little cafe for pastry & espresso drink. Update 4/7/24 - I had been eagerly looking forward to revisiting this place post COVID, now the vegan oat latte is basically just hot burnt water, The lack of menu is also a little challenging to explore offerings, Even if the offerings are pretty standard. Good non-dairy milk options, the drink itself just wasn't good.View more

The map kept saying it's not busy, but this place fills up fast. So, I got lucky & was able to nab a seat, but with a school nearby, this place is constantly bustling with students. My drink & pastry were great. Glad I stopped in for a spell.View more

I really love the poetic vibes of this cafe. They don't have internet so it forces you to disconnect & enjoy. The scones are good but not the best I've ever had. The cappuccino was yummy & the perfect size in my opinion. I also love this spot in the summer as they have a nice big patio so it's great for a meetup with old friends.View more
