My friend & I came here to decorate cookies after seeing it online. We arrived around 5:15 PM, & the café closes at 6:30 PM.

The staff member seemed like she really didn't want to take our order. She kept saying cookie decorating takes 1.5 hours & that she repeated got off work at 6:30. We told her we'd only do a few cookies & finish as quickly as possible. She asked if it was our first time, & after we said yes, she gave us a sarcastic smile.

Later, when we ordered the 6-cookie set, she questioned us because we had originally said two cookies each. In the end, we finished everything in less than an hour & left before closing, so we didn't delay her at all.

The cookie decorating was fun, but the service made the whole experience disappointing. If there's a cutoff time for DIY orders, it should be clearly posted instead of making customers feel unwelcome during normal business hours.The experience was so bad.

We had such a lovely time at this café! My son really enjoyed the cookie-decorating activity. We got a set of six cookies, & he decorated every single one. Of course, he couldn't wait to try them afterward - & they were delicious!
His friend had a great time too, & the best part for us mums was that the kids were so focused on decorating that we could actually relax & chat.
A really nice place - definitely recommend!

C'était une excellente activité à faire avec du monde pour un prix abordable. Les ressources pour décorer les biscuits sont grandes & utiles, il est compliqué de rater ton biscuit même si tu es nul. L'ambiance est très chaleureuse, en rentrant dans le café tu sens une envie de rester !
