I took my niece there on a Saturday afternoon & we had so much fun decorating the cookies, & the flat-white oat-milk coffee was the best I've ever had (seriously, I keep thinking about it). The quality of the cookies & the icing was also very good. A shout out to the young lady who was running the place on her own. She was serving a long line of customers, refilling items, preparing our cookies trays, & making the most delicious coffees---& she was so sweet!! A fun activity with great coffee---you can't go wrong.

Great experience! My kids loved decorating the cookies. Prolly took up to a 1 hr & half for the experience. Because we waited for the icing to dry. Definitely recommend 👌

My friend & I came here to decorate cookies after seeing it online. We arrived around 5:15 PM, & the café closes at 6:30 PM.

The staff member seemed like she really didn't want to take our order. She kept saying cookie decorating takes 1.5 hours & that she repeated got off work at 6:30. We told her we'd only do a few cookies & finish as quickly as possible. She asked if it was our first time, & after we said yes, she gave us a sarcastic smile.

Later, when we ordered the 6-cookie set, she questioned us because we had originally said two cookies each. In the end, we finished everything in less than an hour & left before closing, so we didn't delay her at all.

The cookie decorating was fun, but the service made the whole experience disappointing. If there's a cutoff time for DIY orders, it should be clearly posted instead of making customers feel unwelcome during normal business hours.The experience was so bad.
