"We ordered two Americanos with a simple request to have them served in ceramic cups instead of disposable ones. The cashier, who was chatting with her friend, served them in disposable cups anyway. Thankfully, another staff member fixed the issue. The Americano was tasty, but this was a strange hiccup for such a simple order."
