On adore le café Kuya, d'ailleurs d'habitude nous venons de la Rive Nord simplement pour venir boire leur café & manger leur burger. Par contre, aujourd'hui (vendredi soir), on a été choqués du service à la clientèle qu'on a reçu de la part d'une des caissières…

Elle nous a complètement ignorés du début à la fin. Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis les bienvenus, aucun sourire non plus.

Elle nous a balancé les verres sur la table & le burger sans papier, & lorsqu'on commandait, elle faisait autre chose au lieu de nous écouter - elle préparait d'autres commandes. Je comprends qu'elle avait des clients & qu'elle était peut-être toute seule, mais normalement, quand un client arrive, tu dois le faire sentir bienvenu & dire au moins « désolée, je dois finaliser cette commande & je suis à vous tout de suite »…

Lovely place. Their latte's are so good! I love that theres choices of flavours for lattes & cold foams. Crew were lovely to work with. I went for a date with my grampa & he liked it too. I got him an americano. the pastry was yummy. I will definitely be coming here frequently.
