Local products for sale are appreciated, and the place is seen as one you’d want to return to and even bring others to. Excellent place with specialty coffee & vegan option of sandwich with vege pate. Their lattes always have a rich taste & body.
I come here to buy filters & beans for my chemex. Would love to see a plant based grilled cheese in your menu! That would be a banger 🥰

Weird tasting coffee. We took a few sips & threw it away. It tasted like burnt molasses. Wasted $8 :(
They should have informed customers that they use a flavoured coffee, & that you cannot work from there.
This is my most favourite cafe in all of Montreal. Coffee is made to perfection every single time!! I miss the tiramisu drink, but they never disappoint with the seasonal menus🤩
! J'ai eu la chance d'aller déjeuner chez Caron & Frère - le café, & honnêtement tout était parfait.
Le café est exceptionnel, très bien équilibré & clairement préparé avec soin. On sent tout de suite la qualité du produit. Le déjeuner était délicieux, frais & généreux.
L'ambiance est chaleureuse, l'endroit est accueillant & le service est attentionné. C'est le genre de place où on a envie de revenir… & d'amener du monde avec nous.
Je recommande fortement à tous ceux qui aiment le bon café & les bons déjeuners. Une adresse à essayer absolument !

I would never go to this coffee again, based on a personal instance & on a principle. Coffee is great but in regards to the team & owners behind I wouldn't say the same.
The spot for a perfect tasty latte on your way to work! Just perfect - my fav order is a large latte, two shots extra hot! Try it out. The orange chocolate chip cookies are yummy too.
Mon café préféré de tout Montréal & probablement un des meilleurs au monde que j'ai goûté. Staff extrêmement gentil & accueillant & ambiance chaleureuse.
I finally visited this coffee shop I'd been wanting to try. It was very busy with no available seating ( people were eating standing) I ordered a chai, but for $7 CAD it didn't meet expectations. The staff, however, were very friendly.
Un vrai coup de coeur pour Café Caron & Frères dans la Petite Italie ! Leur sandwich déjeuner est absolument à tomber - généreux, savoureux, toujours parfait. Les lattés sont excellents : le goût du café est bien présent!
L'été, leur Arnold Palmer (mélange limonade + thé glacé) est vraiment bon & parfait pour accompagner les journées de grosse chaleur.
Le personnel est toujours sympathique & souriant, & la terrasse extérieure est un bonheur du printemps jusqu'aux derniers jours de l'automne.
Une adresse à soutenir que je recommande sans hésiter !
