Pendant un séjour à Sherbrooke, nous sommes allés deux fois manger sur leur terrasse en soirée. Le service est impeccable. Tous nos plats étaient bons & mieux encore. Très belle terrasse sur la route Wellington

les moules manquaient de fraicheur (des problèmes de transit sont survenus suite au repas)
Pour ce qui est de l'ambiance. Le restaurant est définitivement beaucoup moins charmant & chaleureux qu'auparavant.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Since the menu was only available in French at the time, the waiter translated it for us. He even mixed a custom cocktail for us. The food was absolutely delicious. The cocktails have a unique touch, but they are really, truly excellent. Anyone passing through or living in Sherbrooke definitely shouldn't miss this restaurant.
We waited like 5 minutes for a table (without reservation)

Honnêtement je comprend que c'est l'as réouverture mais quand même , mon amie & moi sommes venu & il n'y avais aucune option sans gluten sur le menu mise à part des salade c'est tout ce que le serveur avais à nous proposer , je trouve ça peu normal qu'un restaurant ne sois pas inclusif comme ça . Il n'y avais même plus de saucisse au menu , ce qui aurais été la seul autre option. Le serveur qui nous a servis était nonchalant presque à nous juger face à nous , car on essayait de trouver une solution pour mon amie & je trouvais qu'il manquais vraiment de professionnalisme. En bref, il y'a quelques années j'aimais beaucoup ce restau , mais j'ai été extrêmement déçus de ma dernière visite & l'attitude du serveur m'a convaincue de ne plus revenir .

Côté cuisine, très agréablement surpris par la qualité du repas, les moules étaient délicieuses avec des combinaisons de saveur qu'on ne voit pas partout.
Le service en revanche n'était pas à la hauteur. Le temps d'attente était long (pour commander, pour payer), avec un service peu attentionné & attentif. L'ensemble du service semblait désorganisé. Pas de merci ni de bonne soirée au moment de quitter.

Nous avons apprécié les repas qui nous ont été servis,mais suite à une erreur de communication notre commande n'a pas été envoyé au cuisinier & après une heure & trente d'attente nous avons été servi. La direction a tout fait pour corriger la situation & nous en sommes satisfait.

Très bon restaurant avec une super ambiance ! La nouvelle salle est très lumineuse, spacieuse, chic. Je recommande les moules marinières, elles sont très bonnes & abordables !
