My only complaint is that often I walk in & no one is at the counter; I am not sure if that means they are understaffed but it had happened too often to be a coincidence. I usually go for the mocha...& their breakfast sandwich but the machine has been broken for awhile it seems.View more
The coffee is always delicious! It's a lighter roast espresso bean typical of cafes of this genre, so it's fruity & acidic. I love their filter coffee--I just wish they would fill the mugs all the way. Service is hit & miss, but there is ample seating area (including couches!).View more
Such a beautiful place with such terrible coffee. The food is pretty nice one, I tried the brownie & it was one of the best in town, but the coffee blend used for my espresso taste sour. It reminds more the taste of an empty stomach vomit than coffee, so better order something else to drink. The place is very good for working on the weekend in some busy atmosphere. The book choice is pretty nice in case you wanna buy some. BUT DON'T TRY COFFEE THERE! Don't make this mistake.View more
Good latté. Quiet at 9h. Lots of fresh pastries. Books (en français) available for browsing while having coffee. Tables. Window counter with stools. Armchairs. Long table for groups. “Café littéraire”View more
