Aesthetic & cute coffee shop. Really good matcha without sweetener as they use Hokusan like their other branch Osmo x Marusan, you can really taste the matcha powder's quality. Service is really fast as their matcha is premade in a squeeze bottle. Standard roll cake. Good spot for Insta pics, hanging out with a friend, & working or studying for an hour max (really busy & noisy during peak times, loud music as well).
Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing during my visit today. The staff seemed more focused on chatting about their weekend than paying attention to customers. My shio pan order was forgotten, & after about 10 minutes, I noticed the server go to the kitchen to check on it, only to realize it hadn't been started. Thankfully, the chef prepared it right away. I also noticed another table whose shio pan order appeared to have been forgotten as well.
As for the food, I enjoyed the flavours of the shio pan. The corn rib topping was tasty, but the portion felt small - one piece wasn't quite enough, & a second would have made the dish feel more complete. There was also a bit too much sauce, which made the bread quite soggy by the time I was halfway through eating it.
Overall, the flavours were there, but both the service & execution could use some refinement.

2026-06-16 Je suis allée visiter ce café à ma pause du midi car j'adore les cafés & je connaissais déjà fleurs & cadeaux (de l'époque où on pouvait commander du café à emporter). J'ai commandé un flat white, matcha yuzu tonic & un shio pan. Après avoir attendu un certain moment je me suis empressée de prendre mes boissons mais je me suis rendue compte que la personne s'occupant de la caisse ne m'a jamais donné mon shio pan. Mon erreur d'avoir eu l'esprit ailleurs mais je trouve cela décevant que l'employé n'y ait pas pensé non plus! Il n'y avait pas d'autres clients à la caisse, ce n'est pas comme si c'était occupé au point qu'il aille pu oublier l'item. Bref j'ai regretté amèrement d'avoir laissé un pourboire.
I visited this newly opened café after hearing about it, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
Although there were three staff members present, none of them greeted customers upon entry. After placing my order with one of the female staff members, her attitude felt noticeably unfriendly, & it was unclear whether the payment had been properly processed. I was also not asked if I needed a receipt.
I ordered a drink & a cake. The drink arrived quickly, but the cake did not come even after 18 minutes. Even more frustrating, a customer who arrived after me was served the same item first, without any explanation or apology.
There was no indication that the delay was due to preparation or high demand, as the item was simply taken from a refrigerator. The wait felt careless & unnecessary.
When the cake finally arrived, it was extremely dry & not enjoyable at all. I was unable to finish it after only a few bites.
Overall, the service was poorly handled from start to finish, & both the food quality & customer service were far below expectations. I would not choose to return.
This cafe is very cute & you get an actual good matcha & hojicha here. It gives'little cafe in japan' vibes. I think staff gets easily distracted which can make them take longer but they are super nice.
I really enjoyed the roll cake & matcha. I ordered the shio pan for takeout. The service is a bit cold though when customers say thank you, the staff can at least smile or say you're welcome & not just look pissed off at their job.
Staff were okay, iced matcha was 5 dollars & it was all ice, drink finished in seconds & it wasn't even stirred properly. I am sure you can get more for your money with the hot drinks, but I was really disappointed. As much as it was nicely decorated, you can find a cheaper & better quality drink down the road.
