Overall, reviews of Cacao 70 depict a dessert‑focused spot where chocolatey treats are described as rich and delicious and hot chocolate and crepes receive strong praise, while brunch and savory options spark mixed feelings. Service is noted as friendly and attentive in some visits and slow or inconsistent in others, with some guests feeling unwelcome or facing long waits. The ambiance ranges from pleasant and cozy to loud and busy, with music volume and crowded seating sometimes detracting from the experience. Cleanliness and organization are variable as well, including reports of dirty tables, delays in seating or ordering, and gaps in service when QR ordering is used. Prices and portion sizes divide opinion, with some finding portions generous and others deeming items pricey for what is offered. Despite these fluctuations, Cacao 70 remains a go‑to for dessert lovers and sweet cravings, with standout experiences and hopes for steadier service and better space management on future visits.

Food is as amazing as it could be, but the place needs touch ups ASAP. The paint of the walls is peeling off, the leather on the couch is all ripped & gone till the point that the soft material underneath is showing. The washroom smells bad. Won't be coming back, I don't feel comfortable there.
Excellent service. Plats délicieux, variés & portions généreuses. Prix raisonnable & un beau cadre pour des bons moments en famille ou avec des amis. Une adresse à retenir.
Ordered a classic hot chocolate. The wait time was about 10-minutes for the to go hot chocolate. Apparently there's dark chocolate & milk chocolate options. I ordered milk chocolate; it was too sweet for my taste & not thick enough.
