Nous sommes restées assises pendant 25 minutes à attendre que quelqu'un vienne nous donner la carte afin de choisir un dessert. Le serveur nous voyait, mais apparemment, il préférait avoir des conversations avec ses collègues. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter le restaurant & aller manger un dessert ailleurs.
On est venu moi & ma copine pour prendre un café & des desserts il y a deux jours pendant la soirée du ramadan, malheureusement l'accueil dès le début était très froide par un homme qui avait à peu prêt la trentaine, il nous a filer le menu par la suite, & comme moi & ma copine nous connaissons pas le menu par coeur ( sachant que il y a une seule photo sur chaque page pour plusieurs articles) , on avait montré des photos de ce qu'on voulait à partir de votre page insta, on était surpris par la réaction du serveur qui nous a dit: mais je vous ai donné le menu en fait 🙂, bref, on s'est senti vraiment mal apprécié tout au long de la soirée, sachant qu'on avait consommé 65 $, & on a quand même laissé un pourboire pour la serveuse qui était aimable… une mauvaise expérience pour cette fois-ci, sachant que la première fois, le service était acceptable & la nourriture toujours très bonne. Perso je ne recommande pas, & je ne reviendrai pas malheureusement.

Desserts & boissons impeccables, rien à redire. 💯 Mais l'ambiance est bruyante, avec une musique de bar qui ne correspond pas vraiment à un café-resto. Il y avait du soccer à la TV & on se croyait à la cage aux sports. Les clients étaient éparpillés partout & ont fait beaucoup de dégâts en laissant plein de déchets à terre. (Évidemment ce n'était pas la faute de l'établissement.)
Cacao70 était mon lieu favoris auparavant pour son choix de dessert varié & sa formule « café-bistro ». C'était parfait pour un brunch tranquille ou pour un café entre deux meetings. Je pensais retrouver la même ambiance. Peut-être était-ce une mauvaise journée ou un mauvais timing. Le concept sucré-salé reste toutefois intéressant. 🙂
Delicious desserts! Decent portion size. My feedback to the store would be to add picture for each dish or dessert in the online menu that we get after scanning the barcode. Although ingredients are written on the menu very well, a picture would give nice visual representation of the dish & portion size too. Lastly, awesome taste, loved it! Thank you!!
Les desserts sont bons. Cependant, il y a reel besoin d'organisation. Vous pouvez rester à attendre avant que quelqu'un vous assigne une place. Malgré qu'il y des places libres, il y a une cumulation des assiettes sales en attente d'être débarassées. On passe la commande par QR code seulement le dessert est servi... pas les boissons!! On doit demander pour avoir des cuillères, des fourchettes & des napkins. Les filles à la caisse ne connaissent pas les ingredients des beignets. S'il y avait plus de synchronisation dans la structure de bien servir les gens, se serait un très bon spot!
If you're in the mood for sweet crepes, this place might be worth a visit-but only if you're here strictly for dessert. The atmosphere is cool, & they specialize in sweet crepes & fondue, so naturally, we had to try a few. We ordered three crepes in total: the Nutella & Fruit Crepe, the Camp Fire, & the Ham It Up. The sweets were absolutely splendid - generous portions, rich flavor, & definitely enough for two people to share. The Nutella & Fruit crepe, in particular, was our favorite. Now, I knew savory dishes weren't their main thing, but I decided to give the Ham It Up a shot anyway, since I like having both sweet & savory during a meal. Big mistake. I can confidently say: don't order it. The presentation was off, the taste was terrible, & neither of us could eat more than a bite-it went straight to waste. Unfortunately, the service didn't help make the experience any better. The waitress only came over once to check if we had placed our order, & after that, we didn't see her again until the crepes were about to be served. She brought a bottle of water just before the food arrived, which felt a bit late. No one was around to ask questions or assist, & overall, the service felt inattentive. So, if you're just looking for a quick, tasty dessert, especially one of their sweet crepes, go ahead & give it a try. But don't expect much from the service, & I wouldn't recommend this place for a proper meal. Stick to dessert, enjoy the atmosphere, & you'll leave happy!

Very cute & aesthetic cafe with many options. The hot chocolate is thick & flavorful, & the service is excellent. Would recommend the layered chocolate dessert with tiramisu.
Was looking for a dessert spot & definitely this is the one. Perfect late night cafe / dessert location. The dessert options are endless & customizable. Quality was excellent, & loved the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. The cafe options were also great, my cappuccino was delicious. Surprisingly they don't serve them on saucers with stir spoons? The service was okay. The gentleman was nice, but serving is not his element for sure. He never came to check on us after dropping off the plates. We only saw him when we got up to ask for the bill, at which point you have to pay at the cash, which is fine. A little hospitality goes a long way, especially in a restaurant setting.
Really nice waiter, lovely guy, beautiful smile, very pleasant. Great food also its one of the last standing Cacao 70 of mtl, there used to be some every now & then & they all closed down due to bankruptcy? So its the lone survivor. Also you know when you're out & you just want some cake or some dessert, but literally every dessert shop closes down super early like a 6, or 7pm if you're lucky, well this I still open & they got milkshakes (I love milkshakes).
