Sloppy service. Ordered the classic crepe with fresh strawberries (costs extra $2) as side & hot chocolate for pick up. The strawberries were missing & the hot chocolate was cold. It's very disappointing how they can mess up such a simple order. They even refused to refund or offer any store credit.

We got a brunch to share which was ok. The highlight was the hot chocolate I got, so good. Unfortunately the service was poor. We had all our orders come at different times, the bread that came with our brunch was brought only after we asked. It was overall very slow as well.
I would come here if you have time & order something with chocolate, that's definitely their forte.

Really nice waiter, lovely guy, beautiful smile, very pleasant. Great food also its one of the last standing Cacao 70 of mtl, there used to be some every now & then & they all closed down due to bankruptcy? So its the lone survivor. Also you know when you're out & you just want some cake or some dessert, but literally every dessert shop closes down super early like a 6, or 7pm if you're lucky, well this I still open & they got milkshakes (I love milkshakes).

Well executed dessert place. Seating is casual, service is excellent. My server was so friendly & accommodating. Prices are average for downtown. I opted for the choc crepe with fruits & it was delightful. I loved the presentation.
