We have been coming here every summer since they first opened. This summer we couldn't wait to come back… we came the week after victoria day.
But we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to get our ice cream because there was a huge line almost to the door & there was only one employee behind the counter working as fast as she could & to her credit she was so gracious & calm despite being clearly overwhelmed. Honestly a star employee.
At least 3 other employees were in the back either on their phone or eating ice cream & didn't seem to care at all to help out.
We got there excited for ice cream & my 2 year old daughter had a meltdown after waiting 20 minutes… ice cream is supposed to be a fun family activity but it felt like the management just didn't care to make it a great experience anymore.
They also didn't seem to have properly set up the place for summer… it was a very disappointing visit where it feels like the management has just taken for granted that the ice cream is popular. While it is still great, the now expensive price & insanely long wait make it less enticing.View more
