Like a lot of the other reviews I didn't find the food very appetizing or a decent portion for the price, everything was also a little too salty (a trick to get you to buy more wine?)

Also not many options by the glass, mark ups seemed a little higher compared to other bars too.

Shout-out to whoever was pouring my wine. She may of threw some corny jokes my way, but she always made sure I loved what was in my glass. Such a friendly, lovely personality who could sense any small hesitation over what to order.

Overall, the place was real solid. Affordable wines, small plates, & a very friendly & helpful bar made this a favorite spot for me. Food didn't blow me away, but the real affordable & casual Spanish menu encourages you stay a while. The fun wines make you not want to leave

A little tapas place on St. Zotique. The wine & alcohol selection was great! The food selection was good but needs a few more options for those that can't have seafood. I was there for a friends birthday supper, so I forgot to take photos. 😬

was ok, albeit a bit pricey. lots of seating. just think the wine list was a bit underwhelming in comparison to many other bars in the area, but still not bad

Amazing food. Drinks are good. Wine & customer service top notch. The bar could use an A/C. My friends & I were sweating for two hours before we were moved to the terrace.

Great food with amazing flavour with an interesting twist on certain ingredients. I highly recommended. We had a great natural wine & our server was genuine & gave us amazing recommendations.

Incredible wine bar. Excellent selection of wines at decent prices. Staff are friendly & passionate & helpful. Food is Spanish-style. Most dishes are a hit with the calamari being the star. The salads are also very good. Meatballs were a little lackluster, but nothing terrible. This is a perfect spot for a date or just hanging out with friends.

The food was ok, nothing more. The wine selection was really not in my palette. I was disappointed.

Excellent service, really took the time to explain the wines. Would check on us without being intrusive. Enjoyed her suggestions.

In the past few weeks I've been trying out a bunch of wine bars in Montreal & this is by far my favourite!!

Although the wine list seems to be focused on Northern/Eastern Europe you can quickly tell that the primary goal is to serve the best bottles from places that are often overlooked. As a German I was so happy to find not only a dry riesling but other grape varieties like Müller-Thurgau that are otherwise impossible to find. In Montreal I've oftentimes found that servers at wine bars look down on you if you don't look to be as oenologically trained as they are. Here it was the opposite. A lovely employee asked about my preferred taste notes & reccommended 3 great bottles to choose from. They seemed genuinely excited about me trying something new & as a result I found a wine I would have otherwise never tried. Take note that the prices are a bit elevated but given the limitations on importing wine to QC & the therefore lacking variety at the SAQ, it's definitely worth every penny.

The food was also delicious & pairs well with the offered wines. Anything from fresh oysters to hearty patatas bravas (that are actually crispy) will be a nice addition to an aperitif or a relaxed wine night.

All in all it was a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat very soon & happily recommend to anyone that wants to experiment with delicious wines.
