Delicious! I had the fiancé poutine, & it was amazing as someone who has recently gone vegetarian/vegan. I couldn't believe it wasn't meat!

We just got into Montreal & went here right after checking into our hotel. We were amazed that everything is vegan - & then even more amazed to find that all the food is wonderful! The Classic Poutine was rich & gorgeous. The burgers were all super good. In fact, I'm a vegan burger connoisseur & the Fiancé Burger was the best I've ever had! Recommend 100%!View more

This place ranked in my top three:) I took the old style (can't fully remember the name) burger - amazing, & the kimchi fries were good, though the onion rings were the best. The burger was mind blowing. Not kidding. The pulled « pork » burger was one of the yummiest I've had, the'I want this at my wedding' kind of good.
The fries however were really mid, & it really hindered the dish. They had no crisp & were not seasoned, although the mayo was alright. The poutine was also not really tasty. The bathroom are downstairs & were also a bit dirty & icky.
That's the only reason I'm taking 1 star out, but honestly the burger was insane. I do recommend checking it out!View more

The best vegan burgers in Montréal! We tried the truffle burger & the pulled pork sandwich & both were delectable. We also loved the kale Ceasar salad & the garden salad. I'm not usually impressed by salads but these were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!View more

My friend (vegan) & I (not vegan) came to this place before a night out. We both took the same burger, which was the truffle burger & I had it with a side of Ceasar salad & she had it with fries. The burgers were absolutely delicious. The flavors & ingredients meshed amazingly together, the truffle taste was out of this world. Very filling food as well. For non-vegans, i honestly couldn't tell the difference between the impossible burger & a regular beef burger. The salad was great & had an awesome crispy topping, I think capers? All in all, great place, would definitely recommend.View more

The cheeseburger was flavourful & moist, the kimchi fries were delicious & the cauliflower bite serving was enough to feed 2 of us. Would recommend to anyone vegan or not! Delicious pulled pork burger. Wasn't a fan of the kimchi fries that many recommend...the fries below the kimchi were cold. Would go back for any of the shiitake mushroom based burgers. They also have lots of soda varieties like cream soda & orange cream soda. Staff was friendly. Interior & ambiance was fun. Restroom was clean..running low on tp...the toilet seat cover needs to be repaired & shifted.View more

Hidden vegan gem recommended for EVERYONE 🙌 It was an absolute delight having lunch here. The hamburgers were the most amazing I've ever tasted with a delicious combination of flavors. The fries were also exceptional.. The highlight: the cauliflower entrée - it was to die for! I couldn't get enough of it & would have easily ordered three more to-go. The service was fantastic. Having only an hour for lunch on a busy weekday, the staff ensured we were served in record time without any delays. Their efficiency was impressive. Absolutely wonderful experience! My first time in the neighborhood & discovered this place. We ordered a couple different things to try which were all delicious! The waffle fries, caesar salad & the smoky burger along with a lemonade bourbon cocktail made for the perfect vegan dinner. Highly recommend, you will love it!View more

It was my last evening in Montreal & I really couldn't decide on what to eat. That's when I stumbled across Burger Fiancé while walking through the beautiful streets of Old Montreal! Firstly, I would say that the fact that the restaurant is all vegan was so impressive to me. Next, the burgers on the menu are all so different that I don't usually find in BC. Special thanks to Frank, the awesomely dedicated manager of the restaurant, for recommending the best burgers & I cannot appreciate him enough! The food was soooo good, the buns were so soft & fresh & almost melted in my mouth, the patty was so juicy & delicious & the combination of veggies were perfect! I'd be honest , I was skeptical in the beginning, but I went with Frank's recommendation & I couldn't be happier that I did! Thank you Frank!
