Mainly writing this regarding the employee ( blond girl ) her attitude during the service needs to be worked on .
The food was also disappointing for the price . Tasted like any other burger spot or worst .

Very tasty. Their nashville chicken burger is sweet & spicy. The customer service is very good. Though it is a bit pricey it was an overall great experience.

It was my first visit to burger factory. The food taste very good but the portions are small. The price of the burger for it's size is not fair.

Food quality was good however the quantity/portions are small against the price. Philly steak & juicy lucy tasted good. The fries were handcut & tasty.

Truly the best burger place I've tried in Montreal. The prices are reasonable for what they have to offer & I really enjoyed my meal. Definitely coming again!
