food quality weak, wait was atrocious given no one is here, thank god its no busy they can barely handle having 2 customers. 20+ minute wait for a poutine is insane. terrible.

Owners replied, we waited 23 minutes from when we ordered to when we got it, we were late to meeting friends because we didnt think it would take more than 10 mins for some fries & gravy. Your reply just further proves how bad the service is, cheers!

My band is in town right now & in front of this spot was the closest we could park to offload our gear to where we were staying. We had to leave a female friend of ours outside with a pile of gear as we found parking & it would've been a huge hassle & stressful time but there were a number of guys from this shop that looked after her & our gear. Went back for ice cream today & will be back for a Gyro later but solely on being there to look after us when we needed it these guys get top marks from me.

Classic burgers & a good variety to choose from. I went here during an afterrnoon hike & I was so hungry. I was craving a simple burger & fries & that is exactly what I ordered. It came in 5 minutes & I loved it. Simple, fresh & delicious. Very satisfying. It is not a bug place so don't expect anything fancy. The service is average & the restaurant is not super clean but I don't care. I liked the food. That is what matters the most!

The burgers tasted amazing in addition to The macncheese bites & the poutine.
The shawarma mix bowl was not as expected nor as advertised.
The service was okay & friendly.

I order often for my family from this family-owned restaurant. Excellent burgers & great portion sizes. Please consider ordering from Burger Bros, their customer service is 10/10. The burgerplexe supreme is my go-to. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Their fries & dipping sauce is also delicious, try their garlic sauce for dipping with the fries (they have many sauces but this is our favourite) I hope to see more locations open up in different parts of the city, we will continue to support this lovely family business over big chains 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻
