to some, the pearly gates of heaven are a mere myth: one unattainable for the common man. to those, i say, have you met the brothers? to describe the first drunken bite of a burger bros mac & cheese bite as unforgettable would be a gross understatement. it is the second, third, fourth, nth bite that reminds you that the aforementioned pearly gates are closer than one might think. in my darkest hour, i find myself seeking the loving, guiding hand of the brothers. there is a divine quality to the man who has greeted me at the register weekend after weekend with a knowing smile, immediately identifying my drunken state. it often feels as though we are bombarded by earthly horrors. as i write this, i am currently experiencing them. i have cried more than three times today, yet i seek comfort in the burger brothers' embrace. in this finite time we have on earth, i urge you, from one mere mortal to another, to indulge in the brothers' oasis just as i have many a time.
