We LOVE this place. Truly. When we want American Chinese food, this is THE spot. Always hits. No debate.

Every single time we order chow mein, we receive chop suey instead. & listen; chop suey is GOOD. We like chop suey. But one day we ordered a combo with
At that point it felt like a threat. Or a social experiment. Or the kitchen saying,'You don't want chow mein. You want chop suey. Accept your fate.'
Still ordering. Still eating. Still confused. Please release the chow mein from captivity. 🆓🍜

So I passed a 237$ order at 11 am for delivery for 6 pm when the open at all... so I was 1 of the first orders . She confirmed that I will receive it after 6 but before 7.30 I said ok
Here come 8 pm still no order I called
She came up with.We got slammed with a bunch of orders.The kitchen is behind.She's sorry for the delay, but my food is being made now.Yes at eight o'clock
So I said, okay, will it be coming soon?She says yes before nine here he comes nine o'clock doorbell.Rings food shows up.
Haid left a nice tip, even though there is no button to refuse, a tip.Had to leave a tip

Here I go call the restaurant again.She answers saying she's taking no more orders.The kitchen is wiped out.There's not enough food giving me the spill.I said I am not calling for an order.I receive my order.Enters things.Missing in my order.She says, oh I understand but replaced it with other things, because while we ran out
Explain sideways that I was one of the first orders that came in.So I should have been one of the first orders that were made to go out.I don't understand how my items are missing.She goes on about whatever excuse she has.& that there was a delay in the kitchen & they were bombarded, but everybody knows that this is an excuse.Every year that they give knowing full.Well, who doesn't order chinese food for new year's?
She goes on about whatever excuse she has.& says, oh, for your next order.I'll give you a twenty dollars off
At the end of the day, everything that is missing calculates more fifty & up dollars.I find this very ridiculous & at this point I just want my money back & I should only be charged for what I ordered, not for the replacements because I didn't ask for a replacement.
Service here was awful this year. I am not going to be ordering from this place again. & come on friday, i'm going to be making another phone call.Requesting either a massive discount on my next order for me to order again.Because it is tradition & i've been ordering from here for 8 yrs enynyas, sometimes they have complications, & there's things missing.But never to this extent
Chinese restaurant. The buffet has been closed & now the restaurant specializes in take-out. The food is fair now.
