Hi, i have tried many others, this place food is awesome, i order sweet & sour soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, general tau, ribs ribs ribs, i over order because left over is awesome

So I passed a 237$ order at 11 am for delivery for 6 pm when the open at all... so I was 1 of the first orders . She confirmed that I will receive it after 6 but before 7.30 I said ok
Here come 8 pm still no order I called
She came up with.We got slammed with a bunch of orders.The kitchen is behind.She's sorry for the delay, but my food is being made now.Yes at eight o'clock

So I said, okay, will it be coming soon?She says yes before nine here he comes nine o'clock doorbell.Rings food shows up.

Haid left a nice tip, even though there is no button to refuse, a tip.Had to leave a tip

Start taking the food out of the boxes noticing. There's no Fried Rice, no chicken balls. The pineapple thing one serving a wings

& the list of items we're missing that goes on.& on including spare ribs

Here I go call the restaurant again.She answers saying she's taking no more orders.The kitchen is wiped out.There's not enough food giving me the spill.I said I am not calling for an order.I receive my order.Enters things.Missing in my order.She says, oh I understand but replaced it with other things, because while we ran out

Explain sideways that I was one of the first orders that came in.So I should have been one of the first orders that were made to go out.I don't understand how my items are missing.She goes on about whatever excuse she has.& that there was a delay in the kitchen & they were bombarded, but everybody knows that this is an excuse.Every year that they give knowing full.Well, who doesn't order chinese food for new year's?

She goes on about whatever excuse she has.& says, oh, for your next order.I'll give you a twenty dollars off

At the end of the day, everything that is missing calculates more fifty & up dollars.I find this very ridiculous & at this point I just want my money back & I should only be charged for what I ordered, not for the replacements because I didn't ask for a replacement.

Service here was awful this year. I am not going to be ordering from this place again. & come on friday, i'm going to be making another phone call.Requesting either a massive discount on my next order for me to order again.Because it is tradition & i've been ordering from here for 8 yrs enynyas, sometimes they have complications, & there's things missing.But never to this extent

Nous avions commandé un combo pour 2 personnes. Macaroni, boeuf au brocoli, crevettes tempura, egg rolls, poulet à l'ananas, ribs, riz & soupe wonton. La pâte des wontons étaient tellement épaisse! Ils étaient trop gros avec trop de pâte. Le riz était bon. On avait seulement 3 minis morceaux d'ananas dans notre plat de poulet & ça ne goûtait pas du tout l'ananas. Les egg rolls n'étaient pas si bons. Le macaroni était trop cuit, mais ce qui m'a le plus surpris était que la nourriture en général était tellement huileuse.. Trop à mon goût. Le boeuf au brocoli était super bon par contre! Viande tendre & brocolis bien assaisonnés & cuits! Pas si pire, mais je ne recommande pas.

Correct, mais sans plus. Il manque souvent des sauces dans mes commandes. Les spare ribs ont des hauts & des bas : parfois super bons, d'autres fois anormalement secs pour quelque chose qui trempe dans le jus. Bref, parfois tout est bon, & d'autres fois, tout est moyen. Par contre, leur Sue Gai est bon de façon constante.
