Nous commandons toujours à cet endroit depuis plusieurs années & c'était vraiment une valeur sûre pour nous. Malheureusement, notre dernière commande nous a beaucoup déçus.
Nous avons repris le #6, comme à l'habitude, mais cette fois-ci, c'est officiel : ce sera notre dernière commande. C'est la deuxième fois cet été que nous remarquons une différence importante dans les portions. Nous avions déjà constaté le changement en juin, mais cette fois, c'est surtout la qualité qui nous a déçus.
Les portions sont beaucoup plus petites, les sauces aux prunes & aux cerises semblent avoir été diluées avec de l'eau, & le goût ainsi que la texture des aliments nous ont semblé beaucoup moins frais qu'à l'habitude.
C'est vraiment dommage, parce que nous aimions beaucoup cet endroit & nous y commandions depuis des années. On comprend que les choses puissent changer, mais quand les portions diminuent & que la qualité & le goût ne sont plus au rendez-vous, ça devient difficile de continuer à encourager l'endroit.

So I passed a 237$ order at 11 am for delivery for 6 pm when the open at all... so I was 1 of the first orders . She confirmed that I will receive it after 6 but before 7.30 I said ok

She came up with.We got slammed with a bunch of orders.The kitchen is behind.She's sorry for the delay, but my food is being made now.Yes at eight o'clock
So I said, okay, will it be coming soon?She says yes before nine here he comes nine o'clock doorbell.Rings food shows up.

At the end of the day, everything that is missing calculates more fifty & up dollars.I find this very ridiculous & at this point I just want my money back & I should only be charged for what I ordered, not for the replacements because I didn't ask for a replacement.
Service here was awful this year. I am not going to be ordering from this place again. & come on friday, i'm going to be making another phone call.Requesting either a massive discount on my next order for me to order again.Because it is tradition & i've been ordering from here for 8 yrs enynyas, sometimes they have complications, & there's things missing.But never to this extent
