You can really feel the difference with the new owners! The place looks & smells so much better, with a clean & welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, & went above & beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Overall, the service & food were great! Listen, before the new ownership takeover, this place was dingy, & food was subpar. BB used to be the spot back in the day, I'm glad that this new owner takes pride in what he is putting out to the public, from the food (that has been stepped up 100 times) to the overall look of the place (is now so bright, no longer looking like dungeon lol). Great conversation, good food what more can you ask for, you can tell there is a vision for the place... Highly recommend!View more
I met the new owner Jason this evening! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I could tell something was different. The walls were clean & bright, & there was a beaming face asking me if he could serve me in English or French. Very courteous & pleasant service. My wings & fries were hot, tasty & fresh. I haven't been to BBs in a long time because the quality was so poor at this location, but it seems like now there is a chance. If you have not stopped in yet, please do so as soon as possible. I met the new owner of Buffalo Bills in Châteauguay, Jason this evening. He was very gracious & pleasant. The restaurant has been refreshed with new paint & cleaned up considerably. Service was fast & the wings & fries that I ordered were fresh & delicious. I recommend you re-trying this establishment if you had stopped going. Support our local businesses!

Food is below mediocre but in times of desperation (food dessert & curfew approaching) rude as hell on the phone, I asked a delivery time frame cause I didn't want them ringing the doorbell & he yelled at me "don't ask me that you always order & it always comes!" then HUNGUP I waited patiently, too patiently.... I called 1h20ish minutes later & asked the delay he told me "no, fuck you, I canceled your order never call here again! At that point it's too late to order from anywhere else so we went hungry.
