La Brûlerie Saint-Denis propose une très belle sélection de cafés avec une vaste gamme de grains qui ravira les amateurs. Le lieu en lui-même est vraiment joli & possède une atmosphère chaleureuse qui offre un réel potentiel pour devenir une référence en tant que cafétéria de quartier.
Cependant, mon expérience a été mitigée en raison du service. J'ai trouvé que l'équipe manquait de connaissances sur le menu proposé, ce qui rend les recommandations difficiles. De plus, l'accueil aurait pu être plus chaleureux & avenant ; un service client plus attentionné & souriant transformerait radicalement l'expérience.
Avec une meilleure formation du personnel & une approche plus accueillante, cet endroit pourrait facilement devenir incontournable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir en espérant que ces quelques ajustements aient été faits, car la qualité du produit est clairement au rendez-vous.

Went here with a few friends on a Saturday morning a couple weeks ago & honestly it was such a good call. The espresso was rich & smooth, definitely one of the better shots I've had in Montreal, & the vibe inside is that perfect cozy-but-lively mix where you actually want to stick around for a second cup. Our server was super friendly & patient while we debated over what to order, which we appreciated. If you're looking for a solid spot to catch up with people without feeling rushed, Brulerie St-Denis is exactly what you want.

Love that they have a good menu of coffee beans you can choose from, weighed, packaged for you right in store! & ground if you want it or not.
They have a customer washroom & nice sitting area inside & outside.
The customer service was amazing. They even asked what kind of machine/coffee i made to give me better recommendations. However respectfully the employee believed the espresso labeled beans would be appropriate for my espresso machine, when there is no type of espresso bean. So a bit of coffee training could be beneficial but I love the interaction & the staff was always patient with me.

Quelle déception ! J'ai demandé un double espresso, payé ce double espresso pour que celui soit prêt en moins de 10 secondes. Comment est-ce possible ? Le temps que la personne au comptoir encaisse ma commande était plus long. Résultat : café sans aucun arôme aussi limpide que de l'eau. Honteux pour un établissement se revendiquant spécialiste du café...

Cappuccino was fantastic & so was the blueberry scone. Love the amount of bean selection they sell by the bag! Would've love to try the other flavors!
