La Brûlerie offre maintenant une grande variété de cafés en vrac. Les cafés de spécialité sont torréfiés dans notre petit four artisanal, maximisant ainsi le développement des arômes, des saveurs et bien sûr, la fraîcheur du produit.
Les membres de l’équipe de la Brûlerie suivent un programme de formation continue afin de maintenir un niveau de connaissance élevé dans ce domaine complexe.

Great tasting lattee & barista making our drinks was super friendly ! Poured it perfectly without spilling it over & gave herself a bow which was rightfully deserved haha. Look forward to returning.

I would consider myself a loyal fan of café faro until today. i went to pick up a chai latte since it's my usual however there was an odd smell like urine. i compared the smell from the drink & the lid & the smell was coming from the lid. it took me a moment to realized there was yellow stains from it & that's where the horrible smell was coming from. i genuinely felt sick to my stomach & i don't feel like going back there anymore which is upsetting since it was really my fav cafe :(

Great place, loved the atmosphere. Only tried an espresso which was very good & would have again. Staff was kind but could have been a little more helpful when it came to suggesting or explaining. Loved that they had a water stand with glasses to serve yourself some water while you waited for your order to be ready. I would definitely return & try more as should you.

This is Fuwa Fuwa, first time visit. I was underwhelmed. I had the creme Brule Japanese pancake. It was bland & slightly watery consistency. Not what I expected.

Love love love this coffee place! Best vibes, service & baristas! Lattes are great & literally no one beats their mokka! The croissant & chocolatine are a must try!

Le café Faro est bon & coûteux, joli espace. Manque de choix de gourmandise. Leur café glacé est vraiment bon 😁❤️ Une belle place que je recommande. Lors de notre visite belle accueil.

Bonjour, Je suis passé rapidement lors d'un passage en ville, & je tenais à mettre en avant l'efficacité du service, ainsi que l'ambiance. En terme de « cuisine », c'est du basique. Rien qui sort de l'ordinaire, mais pas mauvais. Bon endroit pour étudier tout en restant en ville.

first time was good but i went there a second time to drink a flat white- omg it tasted horrible, i really hope it was just the barista having a bad day but yeah no it did not taste good at all

Good for work with freshly brewed filter coffees & absolutely great espresso. Faro is also my favorite spot for getting coffee for home, offering good quality speciality coffee with a label for fifty percent off next time. My favorite coffee: Golden Gate!

The beans in the store are very fresh. I ordered a cappuccino with perfect taste, the sweetness of milk & the sweetness of espresso. Perfect morning!

Great coffee selection, well brewed. Summertime much better than other seasons because there's actually space to sit. Too many computers & phones around, though.

Beautiful caffe . Visited on our trip to Montreal, first of all the coffee ☕️ here is awesome 🤩. Just hope they had more breakfast options .. we did take quiche but found it bit stale so wasn't satisfied on that part rest loved it .

Had the Cold Brew Faro. Such a unique taste I've never had before. The barista was really polite & nice. Great spot for sitting as well.
