Depuis 1982, l’équipe de la Brûlerie offre une expérience café qui se démarque.
La Brûlerie offre maintenant une grande variété de cafés en vrac. Les cafés de spécialité sont torréfiés dans notre petit four artisanal, maximisant ainsi le développement des arômes, des saveurs et bien sûr, la fraîcheur du produit.
Les membres de l’équipe de la Brûlerie suivent un programme de formation continue afin de maintenir un niveau de connaissance élevé dans ce domaine complexe.

This is a real coffee place. I've been here for only once, & got a very well brewed pour over. I was perfectly listened, heard, & served. Got exactly the right beans that I was looking for. The complexity of the beans was perfectly presented. Will surely come back.
I ordered coffee, but two women who worked laughed about few minutes laughed & ignore my order without do anything even though the espresso was ready. The drink & the atmosphere are good, but the working are so rude.
Meilleur café à Montréal à mon avis! J'y vais au moins une fois par semaine entre 2 cours d'université, & à chaque fois je me régale de leur latte. C'est aussi à Faro que je me procure mes graines de café pour chez moi! On a un rabais de 50% sur nos grains si on ramène le même sac. En plus, tous leurs emballages & tasses à emporter sont compostables. Super endroit, vraiment 🫶 :)
Perfect place for coffee. Its my go to place as i love the latte here. They have some amazing bakery items as well . My favorite is scones. They just have perfect lattes & mochas. The place is usually packed in the evenings but a quiet place to study or work or just have a cup of coffee & relax. The baristas are also great & welcoming. Reasonable prices.
The coffee & Matcha at Brûlerie FARO was so so good! Our barista was very helpful & helping us select what we should try for the first time & very patient when we were changing options. We came here on the morning of Christmas Eve & there honestly weren't many people in the coffee shop so it felt like a very quiet & quality experience. Would definitely recommend!
The coffee was not bad & the croissant though bread like & not flaky was alright. I felt the service could have been better as the staff there when we visited were not friendly & were more interested in talking to each other than serving us.

Chocolat chaud très joli, mais à peine tiède & pas d'une qualité à faire revenir le client. Croissants au chocolat aussi bon que du carton. Je n'ai pas goûté le café, c'est peut-être cela leur specialité.
You can find the best coffee here. I am espresso guy & they serve the best one! Also coffee beans are perfect, I recommend "women coffee producers". The baristas & staffs also are friendly & professional. Highly recommended!
Great tasting lattee & barista making our drinks was super friendly ! Poured it perfectly without spilling it over & gave herself a bow which was rightfully deserved haha. Look forward to returning.

I would consider myself a loyal fan of café faro until today. i went to pick up a chai latte since it's my usual however there was an odd smell like urine. i compared the smell from the drink & the lid & the smell was coming from the lid. it took me a moment to realized there was yellow stains from it & that's where the horrible smell was coming from. i genuinely felt sick to my stomach & i don't feel like going back there anymore which is upsetting since it was really my fav cafe :(
Great place, loved the atmosphere. Only tried an espresso which was very good & would have again. Staff was kind but could have been a little more helpful when it came to suggesting or explaining. Loved that they had a water stand with glasses to serve yourself some water while you waited for your order to be ready. I would definitely return & try more as should you.
This is Fuwa Fuwa, first time visit. I was underwhelmed. I had the creme Brule Japanese pancake. It was bland & slightly watery consistency. Not what I expected.
