I recently visited &, unfortunately, it was a letdown. While the restaurant itself was impressively clean & well-maintained, the pizza fell far short of expectations. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, but when it arrived, it was cold & lacked the hearty toppings I was hoping for. The pepperoni slices were sparse, leaving large areas of the pizza bare. It felt more like a snack than a satisfying meal. Despite the cleanliness & friendly staff, the primary goal of a pizza place is to serve great pizza, & this one missed the mark. 5 stars to everything! Great service, we were greeted & seated right away. We ordered the prosciutto & arugula pizza, a Brooklyn pizza & an antipastos plate for 4 adults & everything was amazing. 100% recommended, we will be coming back with a bigger party.View more

The Detroit is heavy overall, but the pizza is still pretty airy compared to other detroit-style slices in town. Toppings are generous too. The Neapolitan is pretty good too, has more body & is able to be eaten by hand, unlike 900-like Neapolitans that are basically just a puddle of sauce & cheese. Overall Brigade hits the spot. Service fluctuates a little & the salads are pretty mediocre but I'm still giving it a 4 for the quality of the pizzas.View more

I taste the margherita & it is very close to an Italian pizza despite grana (or parmesan ) that has been spread over the pizza prior the ove. But otherwise a good taste pizza much more better than other I taste before outside Italy. Ovens are fed with wood. TopView more

I didn't stay to eat. It was weekend for supper, I was early at 5 pm but there was a single guy doing pizza & table. It was too slow for us so we left. Also somehow the vibe wasn't quite there. The music wasn't bad but I can't explain it well. Maybe the lack of time from the waiter could explain.View more

Commencer en entrée par des petits pains de pizza à l'ail, arrosés d'huile d'olive & de parmesan, un délice ! We had a larger party however almost everyones pizza came to us cold, not sure why or how given the size of their oven. The taste was ok, but given it was not hot it ruined the experience.View more

Ordered a pizza for takeout online. Upon arrival I am told they didn't have the dough & my pizza wasn't made. "we usually call when this happens but we're busy".... Ooof. I ended up getting a different pizza & it was good, so that was ok.View more

Honestly I hate giving a bad review but I ordered delivery to our hotel & the pizza came still frozen on the inside.. it was inedible. I gave an extra star because if it was actually cooked I'd imagine it could be good, but wow this is a first. I wish them luck & hope they work out the kinks in the kitchen.View more

Quand j'ai envi de manger une pizza ou un panini, c'est tjrs chez Brigade que je vais. Leurs pizza sont trop bonnes & me font penser à l'Italie. Hier soir j'ai commandé la pizza poulet bbq, elle était vraiment délicieuse, mais un peu trop de sauce bbq à mon goût malgré qu'elle est très bonne. & leurs cannoli sont divins, j'aurais dû en prendre 2 😅....ça vaut le détour 🥰View more

Nous avons attendu environ 15 min dans l'entrée du restaurant sans que personne ne vient nous assigner une table. C'est la jeune femme qui préparait les pizzas qui a dû nous demander d'aller nous asseoir & de prendre des menus sur le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons attendu 15 min encore pour que quelqu'un vient nous voir & prendre nos commandes. Aucune eau nous a été servie & nos breuvages sont arrivés en même temps que les plats (15 min pour 2 Pepsis). Nous étions un lundi après-midi & il y avait environ une dizaine de clients dans le restaurant. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi nous n'avons eu aucun service. En bref, service très long & presque inexistant & la pizza trempait dans l'eau dans l'assiette.View more

I went here with some friends to try Napolitan pizza. It was not as fluffy as it should be & crust was a bit too chewy. We could not cut into the pizza with a table knife. Toppings were a bit on the conservative side.View more
