Une petite visite à Siboire Saint-Denis, bel endroit pour rencontrer nos amis, avoir une petite bouchée dans une ambiance chaleureuse, pour la cuisine le grill cheese est à revoir avec plus fromage 😉.

I think this may be a different place now? There was no duck poutine on the menu. We tried the classic poutine & sadly it wasn't to our taste. The gravy tasted sweet almost like ketchup?? I prefer a more classic savoury tasting gravy. If you like a classic gravy don't order poutine! Otherwise the patio is nice, & servers were friendly! I can't speak to the rest of the menu because I didn't try anything else so maybe it's good!

Came here for beer & lunch & We weren't disappointed!! Mushroom poutine was delicious, & so was the cesar salad. Staff was very accommodating & nice

Nous sommes allés au Siboire Saint-Denis avant notre spectacle. Même si nous sommes arrivés un peu d'avance, nous avons rapidement obtenu une table & reçu un service hors pair. Nous avons pu prendre notre temps, sans aucune pression, jusqu'au début du spectacle. Une très belle expérience, nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Nous sommes venus avant d'aller voir la pièce Cyrano de Bergerac au Rideau Vert.
Les négronis étaient passables .
Le cheese burger était bon mais ma conjointe n'a pas aimé le végé burger .

Nous étions au 2e étage près du passage pour les toilettes & une porte devant nous faisait un fort bruit désagréable à chaque fois qu'un employé l'utilisait…. un gros boom à chaque fois qu'elle se refermait , elle devrait avoir un système pour ralentir sa fermeture en douceur …

Siboire Saint-Denis is a great spot to stop by if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere, good drinks, & a lively Montreal vibe. Located on one of the city's most vibrant streets, it's the kind of place that feels welcoming whether you're meeting friends, grabbing a drink after exploring the neighbourhood, or just looking for somewhere to unwind.

The atmosphere is definitely one of the highlights. The space has a casual, modern feel, & there's a nice energy without feeling overly crowded or pretentious. It's a great place to sit back, people-watch, & enjoy the atmosphere of Saint-Denis Street, which is filled with restaurants, cafés, & shops.

I enjoyed the selection of drinks & appreciated that Siboire has its own craft beer identity. The menu offers a good variety, & it's a nice place to try something different rather than just ordering the usual options. The staff were friendly & helped create a welcoming experience.

The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that, depending on the time you visit, it can get quite busy, & the experience may vary depending on the crowd. It's also more of a casual pub-style experience rather than somewhere you would go for a quiet or intimate evening.

Overall, Siboire Saint-Denis is a solid choice in Montreal. Great location, good drinks, friendly atmosphere, & a fun place to experience the city's nightlife. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.
