Le Manoir est perçu comme une institution du West Island, alliant une ambiance chaleureuse, des portions généreuses et un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le menu brasserie est varié et apprécié, avec des plats comme roast beef, fish and chips, pizzas et burgers, sans oublier des plats copieux à partager; le cadre convivial et le grand nombre de télévisions en font aussi un endroit idéal pour regarder les matchs, et le service est souvent salué pour son efficacité et son attention. Malgré ces points positifs, plusieurs avis évoquent des lacunes liées à la direction, à l'hygiène et à l'organisation: un management jugé inapproprié par certains, des soucis d'hygiène à l'entrée et sur la terrasse, des retards et des erreurs de commande lors des périodes d'affluence, et des nuisances liées aux machines à jeux et au bruit lors des événements sportifs. Dans l'ensemble, l'établissement demeure une référence pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis et suivre les grands événements, en conservant une bonne réputation pour la nourriture et l'ambiance, tout en faisant face à des critiques sur le service, l'hygiène et l'évolution du menu.

The Manoir is a West Island institution! Decent food at decent prices. Beer selection could be better. Great spot to catch a sporting event or have a drink. Nice patio.

They messed up my order AGAIN. I did pick up today. She wrote down what I said. I don't understand how they got 3 things wrong. I brought it home & my husband ate it. I couldn't eat it like that.
Six years ago I left The Manoir a terrible review. I have just deleted it. There has been a 180 degree turnaround & the Manoir has returned to the place I remember from my lifeguarding days, only with some better food offerings. I have been several times at different times of the day in the past year & it is solid & reliable.
The pizzas & the fish & chips are my go-tos, but there are a lot of good options. I had a Greek salad that was great. Kudos to the kitchen!
Service is fantastic. Yes, sometimes unexpected crowds might slow it a bit occasionally, but the waitstaff are always pleasant & professional, & the managers are always responsive & pitching in to help.The place is huge, especially with outdoor seating in the warmer weather. The waitstaff don't stop moving. Shout out to Billy & Andy for helping to return the Manoir to its better-than-former glory.

Greek salad with chicken was delicious & service great. We were a large group who kept changing seats, but both correct orders & bills managed to find us.
Hi came yesterday for lunch we decided to order the hamburger, not like the usual
It came with dry stale egg bun n our meat was pressed like a pancake did not look like a hamburger at all
The taste was dry n tasteless

Lolo is the best waitress, Keeyan is also the best bartender (Lolo is a bartenderess), Boden is the best waiter, & Billy is the perfect manager. I became a regular because of these excellent ideviduals whom I admire for their work. Anyway this place has the best atmosphere & vibe, along with high-quality food. If you want to experience the West Island vibe, this is it. This is where we go. This is THE West Island Bar.
There is a camera inside the man's bathroom...asked the manager what the hell the camera is doing there? He told me that it's not working & it was there because it's a historical building & the city hall forces them to have it... it's hard to believe.
