Le Manoir est perçu comme une institution du West Island, alliant une ambiance chaleureuse, des portions généreuses et un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le menu brasserie est varié et apprécié, avec des plats comme roast beef, fish and chips, pizzas et burgers, sans oublier des plats copieux à partager; le cadre convivial et le grand nombre de télévisions en font aussi un endroit idéal pour regarder les matchs, et le service est souvent salué pour son efficacité et son attention. Malgré ces points positifs, plusieurs avis évoquent des lacunes liées à la direction, à l'hygiène et à l'organisation: un management jugé inapproprié par certains, des soucis d'hygiène à l'entrée et sur la terrasse, des retards et des erreurs de commande lors des périodes d'affluence, et des nuisances liées aux machines à jeux et au bruit lors des événements sportifs. Dans l'ensemble, l'établissement demeure une référence pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis et suivre les grands événements, en conservant une bonne réputation pour la nourriture et l'ambiance, tout en faisant face à des critiques sur le service, l'hygiène et l'évolution du menu.
Their Turkey meals are great & thanksgiving. Their Christmas meal is also excellent! Well prices & good portions. However. Be prepared to wait a long time during those holidays.

Food is excellent & we've been eating there for many years, but I'm quite disappointed & grossed out for the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant specially the main entrance & terrace. Getting worse by the day.
I'm beginning to doubt about the hygiene of the kitchen & where food is prepared.
These two gentlemen have retired from the MUHC but continue to organize our breakfast club every other month, getting the group together & enjoying each other's company here. The service & food are excellent!!
A favourite spot for me for the last 53 years, it's still serves excellent food in a convivial, lively atmosphere. Still has hard chairs, lots of space & lots of wait staff, keeping the place humming.

We live close by & visit often. The food has been amazing! The service today was worth writing about. We had a server named Boden for the first time. He was exceptional. Attention to detail, ensured we were more than content & was smiling the entire time. The place was packed & the food came out fast. This is our favourite place on the island. Shout out to Boden! Thanks for making our Sunday! Also worth mentioning. They do frozen take home meals. A friend told us about them & they are fabulous. She has them delivered for her mom. Hand crafted by their chef. I pick up the Mac & cheese for our daughter. Nothing like a real Mac & cheese meal. Keep it up Manior!!
Got Calamari, Steak Poutine, & Hamburger Steak with mashed potatoes. They gave me an old baked potato instead. The Hamburger meat was overcooked & rubbery. Onions were not cooked down at all. The vegetables were frozen out of a bag with no seasoning didn't even cook it in a skillet. $66 for take out of this quality should be considered robbery. Nothing cooked with care whatsoever can't get more bland than that. Will not be returning ever as there are so many other places you can go for food with a better value. Their drink specials don't seem bad but we did not have any this time.
Underwhelming - no kids menu (my kids didn't want nor could finish the giant plate of pasta or the burger plate?!?), poutine curds were warm & not squeaky at all. Service was to be desired. We were a big group (35) for a local soccer tournament & had only one waitress assigned, lots of staff otherwise on hand & it was not busy when we arrived. After we were served, nobody came to check on us for the 1.5hrs while there for 2nd round of drinks, etc. Waitress came at end of our meal & fumbled receipts & totals & collect her tip.
Seems like it's a local drinking hole & sports bar with giant-size pitchers of beer, nachos, etc. We only came due to proximity of hotel & ability to accommodate a large group. Better places to eat for $200 bill to feed 2 adults & 3 kids. Bathrooms are neglected & smell musty.
Great place for watching sports. Staff & food number one. For breakfast, smoked salmon & bagel is tops. For supper , rib steak & butterfly shrimp is awesome. Highly recommended.

Had dinner with a group. The food was really good. Louisiana pork chops tasted like chops done on the BBQ. Would definitely have it again. Service was great too!
De passage à Montréal, j'ai demandé une recommandation de restaurant à l'hôtel où je résidais, & on m'a dirigée vers la Brasserie Le Manoir. J'ai commandé l'assiette poulet & crevettes papillon… WOW.
Portion généreuse, cuisson parfaite, légumes savoureux, crevettes croustillantes & filet de poulet tendre & bien assaisonné. Même les sauces servies en accompagnement étaient délicieuses. Pour moins de 22 $, c'est franchement impressionnant.
Ambiance détendue, service rapide & courtois. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, que je recommande sans hésiter.
Horrible service. Our waitress was dismissive & inattentive. Food was on par with deppaneaur microwave food, hardly value for money. Not surprising based on how filthy the outside of the building is on the parking lot side.
