I will leave a good star review because the food does taste good but man are they cheap with their portions. I ordered a chicken bowl with potatoes I love potatoes & for me to tell the guy take some potatoes out you can imagine how stuffed that bowl would have been of potatoes. I don't know where they'd put the chicken. Thdn the "cook" who looked more likeca grumpy Oscar from Sesame Street, doesn't cut from the skewer but takes chicken that's been already cut sitting on the stove plate. I can't stand that, that is the worst way to serve it. I get my plate I sit in my car.. I'm looking for the chicken..!!! So basically, paid close to $18.00 for maybe 3 oz of chicken with six pounds of potatos & a 7up. I'll stick to my Greek restaurant thank you.View more

Had it for the first time & tried the junior shawarma bowls. I love that they have vegetarian/vegan options & that it tastes delicious. The lady working here was very kind & followed all instruction. Recommend 10/10!View more

Been a loyal Boustan custy for over 25 years (original branch). Not sure the marketing concept of changing the whole menu to bowls etc... Maybe to compete with Osmos's . This branch I never had issues with. Just ordered 2 plates which are called bowls now, no garlic sauce or hummus included. 3/4 of the bowl was rice, really skimpy on the meat, prices increased too, which is understandable across the globe. Flavour was still good but overall highly disappointed in the cheapness as the ratio was never an issue at Boustan. Will question ordering from there in future.View more
