Seriously,
Nothing fresh about my meal.
Almost 60 dollars for a the driest beef & chicken shawarma with bones still in it, its like it has been cooked last week. Those potatos always taste like they are from yesterday.
Rice is the same.
& that new sandwich size is so small.
Take out is always disappointing with these'restaurants'
Gave it another chanc but that would be the last.
I don't suggest you order from here.

Je me rends régulièrement dans ce restaurant, même si je dois me déplacer de Montréal pour y aller. J'aimais beaucoup la qualité de la nourriture & je l'ai recommandé à plusieurs personnes. Mais...
Hier, comme j'ai l'habitude de faire sans problème, j'ai passé une commande en ligne depuis ma voiture. En arrivant au comptoir, le sandwich était déjà monté avec les ingrédients de base, mais la viande n'avait pas encore été ajoutée... J'ai simplement demandé qu'on enlève les navets, car mon enfant n'aime pas ça. J'avais oublié de le préciser dans la commande & il suffisait seulement de retirer un ingrédient & de continuer la préparation.
L'employé c'est alors énervé, a levé le ton & s'est mis à me critiquer avec sa collègue dans une autre langue, devant moi, ma soeur & nos enfants. Je me suis sentie insultée & méprisée. À cause de cette situation, ma soeur a même décidé de ne rien commander.
J'étais une cliente fidèle, mais après cette expérience, c'est terminé pour moi. Je n'y retournerai plus & je ne recommanderai plus cet endroit. J'ai aussi raconté ce qui s'est passé à plusieurs proches, & eux non plus n'iront plus. Servez-vous de cette leçon pour respecter vos clients à l'avenir !

Service hors pair & accueil chaleureux à chacune de mes visites.
Le personnel est courtois, souriant & à l'écoute. La personne qui prépare mon repas met toujours de nouveaux gants avant de commencer, un détail très important en matière de salubrité & grandement apprécié. La nourriture est toujours fraîche & l'option végane kebab est excellente. Je recommande sans hésitation.

La nourriture est bonne, mais le service en semaine laisse à désirer long malgrer qu'il y a 2 clients😅. Certains employés discutent entre eux en arabe devant les clients & tiennent parfois des propos inappropriés. Dommage, car la qualité des plats est vraiment bonne.

I always enjoy boustan, it has evolved over the years.But it always brings me back to the good old days of 3am shish taouk on cresent,my order was alway ready by time i got to the cashier,where i word get some words of wisdom from the Mr. BOUSTANS wife. Shish Taouk with cabbage is the OG.

Came for spécial anniversaire promo
Our chicken bowls were both missing salad..only got potatoes, meat & sauce
Beef bowl was fine ..had everything in it
Same with the pitas (got 2x of those)
We waited about half hour by the time we can order ..super busy
Came around 7:50pm on a Friday night ..pretty little hard to find a spot..very limited & crowded too

Excellent restaurant de cuisine libanaise ! La viande est tendre, bien marinée & parfaitement grillée. Les portions sont généreuses, les accompagnements savoureux & le pita frais est délicieux. Le service est rapide & toujours avec le sourire. On sent que tout est préparé avec soin & authenticité. Il n'y a pas meilleur Boustan dans la région de Laval selons moi. Je recommande à 100 %!

With 3 different Boustan locations to choose from in Laval… glad we chose this Vimont location! The staff & service were friendly & courteous. Walk in service counter with an array of fresh quality food options. Small, clean dine-in area. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma… one with a tabouleh salad & one with a delicious avocado salad. Both with amazing garlicky roasted potatoes. The chicken was perfect, moist pieces with roasted bits accompanied with the garlic sauce, hummus & pita. Our tummies were happy & satisfied. Will definitely go back for another visit when we're in the area. **My only negative feedback (owner) is they need to install a hand dryer (or paper towel dispenser) in the single washroom.

Très bon accueil avec le jeune à la caisse, c'est beau,mais sandwich pas chaud peu de poulet & FROID rempli de choux même pas la salade, pour 20 $ trio Très décevant ca pourrait être beaucoup mieux que ca,
