J'ai commandé un combo cuisse express & le poulet était dégueulasse. 1- il sentait pas bon. 2- Il laissait un arrière goût très désagréable (c'étais amer dans la gorge).
We bought a take out a 4 pc chicken for my husband & i to share, 2 out of the 4 chicken were old, it taste sour, we think it was has been marinated long time, its their stock & its old & they still just continue to grill & serve it. The other 2 tasted okay. This is very disappointing. We had no choice but to get another food. My husband was the one who ate the sour one. Now he is on the bathroom having stomach ache.

Le propriétaire a été impoli & m'a crié dessus à cause d'une erreur de commande DoorDash, alors que j'ai attendu une heure pour recevoir ma commande & il ne voulait pas me la donner même si j'avais payé, aucun respect pour ses clients.

We ordered a full chicken from monteiro des laurentides on friday night. We spent our saturday in bed with food intoxication. The next day, when I called, the lady kept saying it's impossible, we double check our chicken twice. She was zero comprehensive & denied that we got intoxicated from their food.
Chaque fois je vien ici avec un ami, nous somme toujours gater, en plus que la bouffe est incroyable l'équipe derrière le comptoir son adorable & tout est parfait!! Merci guys la bouffe est 100% fraîche
Our chicken was undercooked. We had to finish cooking it at home. Once we cooked it, the taste was pretty good, but the whole experience left us disgusted, so we won't be returning here. The manager did offer to replace our order & deliver it to us, but the kids were too hungry & couldn't wait for food delivery.
We ordered two full chickens tonight from Monteiro Express in Vimont. When we got home & cut into them, the majority of the chicken was undercooked inside. We called & were offered a replacement, but at that point our kids were waiting for dinner & we had no choice but to finish cooking the chicken ourselves in the air fryer.
This is not the kind of service or food safety we were expecting. Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

Very long service. I waited almost 40 minutes to get the food. The music is so loud , just like a night club. They can't hear you when you want to order a food. & as you see it is also dirty place . The bottles of sauce should be always in the fridge. But I it is here out side as you see in the pictures . Sorry to say that.
