Vos pains plats sont absolument délicieux ! C'est mon petit-déjeuner préféré. J'en suis tombée amoureuse après que mon mari m'a fait découvrir sa cuisine nationale & m'a emmenée dans votre boulangerie. Ils sont vraiment délicieux & on ne s'en lasse jamais ; en fait, on y prend vite goût. J'ai essayé un pain plat moitié fromage, moitié viande, & j'ai adoré sa saveur. Le fromage que vous utilisez est vraiment excellent, la viande hachée est si tendre & savoureuse, & surtout, elle n'est pas épicée. Le deuxième pain plat que j'ai goûté était celui au zaatar. Il est délicieux. J'aime toujours autant l'association pain plat viande, fromage & zaatar, mais j'apporterais une petite modification : j'aimerais que le zaatar soit plus présent ; il manque un peu de richesse, & on sent davantage le sésame & la menthe. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'adore vos produits & j'en achète très souvent. Le service est excellent & respectueux, les prix sont raisonnables, ce qui est très appréciable, tout comme l'ambiance conviviale & l'attention portée au client. Merci pour votre travail. Je vous souhaite une excellente santé ! Ah oui, j'allais oublier : l'ayran est également délicieux.

I just tried out this bakery (Referred by an Armenian colleague) in Pierrefonds-Roxboro West-island where they make the best lahmajoun. I seriously recommend this place the owner was fantastic & the lahmajoun were amazing. Thank you buddy for the great recommendation!!
An establishment in the West Island, this place is a true gem. The service is fantastic, the hospitality is great, & the menu is absolutely out of this world & as authentic as it can get. A must try
I had the pleasure of ordering from Boulangerie Sara cheese pita & zatar & lahmajoun & mini hotdogs rolls. I CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH when i say it was really good & tasty manakeesh so soft & less salt & very fresh. Thank you for the great food 🥰
They say variety is the spice of life, but at Boulangerie Sarah on Gouin, my spice is 100% spinach pie. Yes, they have Manakish Zaatar, Pizza Cheese, & Lahmajoun looking all tempting, but I walk in with one mission, & one mission only: that glorious, flaky, spinach-filled perfection. If you see me there, just know I'm probably on my third. Prepare for a new obsession.
