I was very surprised that this place has only a 4.6-star rating. This bakery deserves more.
I read through all negative reviews & all of them are from the distant past. The place is truly amazing, not only because of the quality of the pastries but also because of the wide variety of items. Baked goods ranging from sweet to savory are displayed on the counter: quiches, croissants, cakes, baguettes, & more. Everything is freshly baked.
The pastries can be warmed up, & as an extra option, different types of coffee are available. We took many items to go because it's impossible to resist.
According to older reviews, many years ago this place was a restaurant, but now it is strictly a take-out bakery. There are no tables & no restrooms, which actually makes it a better & more eco-friendly.
All baked goods are carefully packed in paper bags, no plastic at all. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. When I came here, I get the feeling that I'm in a real bakery in France.
Highly recommend this place.
Absolutely delicious pastries. Picked up a box of desserts before heading home with a buttery chocolate croissant. They had some divine looking sandwiches & ready to go meals as well.

The pastries shop in town. The selection of bread & food is amazing & delicious. First class institution. Their sitting area is gone since Covid, but the service & food at the counter is irreproachable. Bravo.
