View more
The croissant was crispy, flaky & soft inside. It was busy but the servers are quick so we did nit have to wait long. They have a variety of items but we were mainly interested with the croissant & it did not disappoint.View more
It took some searching to find a good bakery in this part of Montreal, but finally found it! Le Toledo is excellent. Great bread, pastry & coffee. Nice people & great spaceView more
Excellent boulangerie! It's always busy, which speaks to the quality of their products. Perhaps hiring more staff could help manage the high demand & make the experience even better!View more
Hands down best bakery in a city full of great bakeries. The reason? They do it all. Some places have very good patisseries, or viennoiseries, or breads - Toledo excels in every category. Some of my personal favourites are the Norwegian bread, the gâteau nantais, & the gâteau basque. Also the staff are super nice!View more
One of the best coffee shops in the Plateau. I highly recommend it. Tasty coffee & pastry, always fresh & of good quality. Prices are a bit high though.View more
Le pain norvégien aux fruits & le pain seigle sont mes préférés :)View more
I visited this bakery a few times whilst visiting Montréal. They have the most beautiful selection of croissants, breads, pastries, savouries & more. Great coffee & very friendly staff!View more
Absolutely top-notch pastry & coffee. There is nothing wrong to say about this place.View more
View more
My wife & I ended up at this place by chance because we actually wanted a sandwich from another place next door but they weren't open so we decided to try this place next door. What a horrible experience. We ordered a few items & waited in this crazy line where people were walking in & out & back & forth. When we finally made it to the cash all the bags that the cashier was holding were white & they were asking people is this urs then other people is this urs. We said yes 2 two bags because we recognized what was in them & then there was a blonde lady in a pink shirt next to the cashier who rudely threw our last bag with chocolate croissants & mumbled something in some language & looked at us like we were idiots. Then the cashier looked at the debit receipt & noticed we didn't tip & gave us a rude look also. That is the service issue . Then to top it all off we leave & were driving home & decided to try the food & to be honest the bakery items were ok . Good at best but the tuna sandwich had a huge surprise in it for me. As I was eating I got a bite that almost broke my tooth & when I spit it out I realized what it was it was the tip of a sauce squeeze bottle . Often people cut the tips off to make the hole bigger so that they can squeeze mayo or sauce out faster or to prevent things like seeds or garlic pieces from blocking the spout. Unfortunately because of someone's carelessness it ended up in my sandwich. It was not a good experience at all & thank the lord I didn't chip or break a tooth. I personally will not be returning & don't recommend this placeView more
When visiting a city & wondering where to get coffee, simply walk down the street & look for the busiest place which is how I found Le Toledo. The coffee is strong, the bread is crusty & the lime yuzu tart delightful.View more
Great coffee. Nice vibe. Great pastries made on siteView more
We ordered online a few hours before pick up & every pastry was phenomenal, especially the almond croissant. Looking forward to trying "the bread that kills" & their madeilines.View more
Everything was great!! I love a croissant with a cup of coffee in the morning. Cortado was perfectly good. Lime yuzu tart was great also. It was really busy day but all staff worked professionally & friendly. Interior was nice.View more
