croissant(74) coffee(44) bakery(38) cafe(37) pain(37) bread(36) pastries(33) patisserie(22) baguette(22)Is Toledo really all it's cracked up to be? By Montreal/Paris standards, it's ... rather plainly... standard. Nothing is bad, nothing is incredible. It's all mostly decent (though a bit more expensive than other bakeries) with a few exceptions. So why the 3 stars? Quite frankly the place itself is unkempt & in some areas, not very clean, at least in the dining area. I also noticed that some of their tea & coffee is stored in a shelf which is at the level of their feet, where dirt & dust gets kicked around.View more
View more
Nice cafe to start the day. (As with all cafes in Montreal) the pastry selection is great.View more
View more
The croissant was crispy, flaky & soft inside. It was busy but the servers are quick so we did nit have to wait long. They have a variety of items but we were mainly interested with the croissant & it did not disappoint.View more
It took some searching to find a good bakery in this part of Montreal, but finally found it! Le Toledo is excellent. Great bread, pastry & coffee. Nice people & great spaceView more
Excellent boulangerie! It's always busy, which speaks to the quality of their products. Perhaps hiring more staff could help manage the high demand & make the experience even better!View more
Hands down best bakery in a city full of great bakeries. The reason? They do it all. Some places have very good patisseries, or viennoiseries, or breads - Toledo excels in every category. Some of my personal favourites are the Norwegian bread, the gâteau nantais, & the gâteau basque. Also the staff are super nice!View more
One of the best coffee shops in the Plateau. I highly recommend it. Tasty coffee & pastry, always fresh & of good quality. Prices are a bit high though.View more
I visited this bakery a few times whilst visiting Montréal. They have the most beautiful selection of croissants, breads, pastries, savouries & more. Great coffee & very friendly staff!View more
Absolutely top-notch pastry & coffee. There is nothing wrong to say about this place.View more
View more
