All -round amazing bakery! The staff is very kind & super serviceable. The bread is delicious, & there is a wide variety of sandwiches to choose from, all fresh & tasty. I love having this bakery in the neighbourhood. I really recommend it!
Recently the male staff (the new hires) are not as considerate. The tall blonde guy from last year is very sweet. But the new men, they have a strange attitude. Especially with children, they are not considerate. They were rude to me because I did not know where to throw the food , but also trying to handle two young children.
Their almond croissants have natural grated almond crumbs as a filling, it's absolutely incredible, one of the best ones I've had in a long time. Everything we got was amazing, i recommend the vegan matcha cookie too!
I have to seriously stop myself from coming here every day. I live just a few blocks away, & this is by far the best bakery in the neighborhood. Their croissants are out of this world-easily the closest I've had to the ones in Paris. I'm also obsessed with their almond croissants, choco-amande, & torsade au chocolat. I haven't even tried the pastries yet because I can't resist getting a croissant every single time.
The staff is always warm & welcoming. I've only spoken to them in French, but I've seen them kindly serve English-speaking customers without any rudeness or shift in tone. That's always refreshing to see these days.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a go-to bakery in Villeray.
En tant que Français fraîchement arrivé à Montréal, je ne m'attendais pas à trouver une boulangerie avec des produits aussi excellents ! Que ce soit le pain, les viennoiseries… tout est vraiment délicieux & d'une qualité incroyable.
Je n'ai absolument pas été déçu ! En plus de ça, le personnel est hyper accueillant & souriant, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Une superbe découverte, je recommande sans hésitation !

Belle sélection de produits. J'aime particulièrement les sandwichs frais disponibles pour emporter. Je m'y procure régulièrement divers produits pour l'apéro du vendredi (fromage, rillette, baguette, charcuteries). Les employés sont courtois & serviables. Je recommande !
un bon & délicieux treat, elles sont sympas pis patient, she let me order en français quand elle voit que j'étais struggling avec ça 😂 c'est génial, highly recommended

Très bonne expérience dans cette boulangerie, baguette, pain 5 grains & gâteaux (tarte citron, éclair chocolat, tarte poire amandine & tarte chocolat praliné) je recommande. Tout était délicieux
Our first trip to Montreal, we were in a hurry looking for a cake for my brother's birthday. As we found Boulangerie Jarry the closest bakery to our homestay, we are just lucky to be at the right place. Excellent atmosphere, customer service & friendly staff & last but not least, the Tiramisu cake was mind blowing & delicious. Jeremy is the man! He went beyond our expectation & did a fantastic job in preparing the cake beautifully & saving it for us despite us being late an hour for pickup! Will surely return to Boulangerie Jarry again & recommend others to visit here

Visited Jarry Bakery for my wife's birthday cake & we were blown away! The tiramisu cake was fresh & absolutely delicious, a real crowd-pleaser. Plus, their croissants were superb, with the perfect flakiness & buttery taste. Highly recommend Jarry Bakery for anyone craving quality baked goods in the area. It's a must-try!
Notre boulangerie numéro 1 depuis l'ouverture. Un excellent pain, de bonnes viennoiseries & gâteau. Leur produit secondaire sont aussi de grande qualités. On y trouve d'excellents saucisson & fromage! Fortement recommandé!

Nice bakery, great croissant. Loved the whole wheat bread with variety of nuts on it! I'll come back again! Also vegetarian sandwiches are so tasty! Highly recommended!
