i really like their demi miche sourdough (especially the halloween version this week!) it's super airy & not too sour. I just think it's a bit ridiculous they don't have a bread slicer as such a popular bakery....keeps me from going back to buy the loafs very often honestly.Voir plus

I was really disappointed. My cheese croissant was so dry & dusty it disintegrated as I ate it & the chocolate bread was dry too. Maybe first thing in the morning the goods are better. There was a big line & it was busy, so there must be something good...Voir plus

Good assortment of breads & other goods, they don't have a bread slicer which is a shock for a bakery. Slightly expensive but they always have day old options which are well priced. Not a great baguette thoughVoir plus

Does Guillaume double as a penal colony? Why do so many people who work here seem so unhappy & unfriendly? That might answer why they are replaced so quickly. I must have gone through 30 flat-effect, little-beard dudes...I mean, if they were cool dudes I'd love a bit of tude, but these guys are just...Sunnier dispositions were had at their brighter prior location down the block...now I continually dread communicating, through glass, with whomever has the misfortune of serving my expectation of being greeted...normally? Maybe it's the tunnel lighting, that strange metallic smell (no bakery smells less like a bakery), & the persistently unpleasant chewiness of its tasteless baguettes...this place was awesome...needs a re-revamp...Voir plus

Super expérience chez Guillaume !! Le fameux champignon qui a mené à son public fidèle & de s'agrandîr depuis son ouverture il y a 12 ans. Donc le champignon, Hyper moelleux avec un goût Tellement délicieux !! On a pris des petits « fesses » cheddar/patates & fromage/herbes! INCROYABLES!!!!!! La service vraiment chouette ! Le seul hic peut être c'est que nous ne voyons pas très bien les viennoiseries qui sont derrière la caisses ( & il y a du choix !!) Franchement super rapport qualité prix, ça vaut vraiment le détour 😎😎Voir plus
