9 mai 2026 16h30, Très déçu de mon expérience chez Boston Pizza. Le service reçu de la part du jeune à l'accueil était vraiment mauvais. Manque de politesse, attitude peu professionnelle, pas capable de dire bonjour. Même les autres tables à côté de nous trouvent le service du jeune très peu professionnel. C'est dommage car l'ambiance du restaurant est bonne, le service de la serveuse est satisfaisant. J'espère que la direction prendra la situation au sérieux afin d'améliorer l'expérience des clients. Nous avons parler avec notre serveuse qui était la personne derrière le bar pour lui expliquer notre point de vue sur la personne à l'accueil qui est selon nous une personne qui n'est pas fait pour travailler avec le public.
