Commander chez Boston Pizza via Uber devrait être simple puisque les choix sont clairement indiqués noir sur blanc. Pourtant, mon burger avec extra champignons est arrivé sans champignons, la portion de frites ressemblait à une moyenne frite du McDonald's, les pommes de terre cactus étaient à moitié servies & sans sauce, le repas enfant était sans frites, & même le biscuit dessert est arrivé sans sa garniture.
Est-ce si difficile de compléter une commande correctement? À ce niveau, on se demande si les employés lisent réellement les commandes avant de les préparer.
