J'ai visité plusieurs Boston Pizza, mais c'est la première fois qu'on me sert une soupe à l'oignon presque sans fromage. C'était vraiment décevant.
Le service devrait également s'améliorer. On a l'impression que certaines employées n'aiment pas leur travail, & cela se ressent dans l'accueil.
Cependant, la pizza Hawaïenne Royale était très savoureuse.
J'espère que la qualité & le service seront meilleurs lors de ma prochaine visite.

Plutôt décevant, temps d'attente un peu long avant qu'une hôtesse soit présente a l'accueil pour nous conduire a une table . Nourriture préchauffer & honnêtement en dessous de tout attente . La seule chose fraîche fut le drink couper a l'eau & submergé de glace . Serveuse cordiale & bon service malgré tout. Ne reommanderais pas autre que pour les amateur de bière entre boys devant une game . Dommage pour la bannière Boston pizza en général, une vérification qualité & suivi devrait être appliqués a leurs franchisé.

La qualité a diminuée, les burgers au poulet a 20$ sont maintenant des pucks congelées de poulet panée... vraiment ordinaire comparer a avant.

Le repas pour enfant était médiocre & la quantité a diminuer aussi.

Pour le prix , il y a vraiment mieux que ça. Vraiment dommage c'était beaucoup mieux avant. Je ne recommande plus
